The office staff are very caring. I had a chance to follow my doctor to a new location, but I have developed a bond with the secretarial staff/nurses, so I opted to remain at the Lakewood address.

Everyone is very nice and professional. They all seem happy to work there. Dr Garcia is amazing and truly cares about my health and well being.
The scale seems to weigh me a tad heavy though.

the staff who took my call due to urgent matter was courteous and efficient. I was requesting to see the provider stat due to my swelling and painful left eyebrow. she looked at the provider days schedule and she was able to place me immediately if I was willing to leave right away and arrive in 15minutes at the office. I did exactly that. I signed in for my arrival and the person at that desk saw my condition. within 10 min, my name was called and I was led to the examining room by the person who also took my vital signs. soon, the provider came and examined by problem. he immediately ordered an injection of antibiotic which was given by the assistant. the provider came back and ordered oral antibiotic. he advised me to put warm compress on the left eyebrow and to come to the office if my problem gets worse. I am grateful for everyone at this office for their care, attention and fast action. thank you.

As ALWAYS, the treatment from the front desk to the checkout is the BEST QUALITY of service ANYONE could ever ask for. 30 YEARS later i still feel the same. What doctors office for ANY issue let alone your PRIMARY could you say this about after almost 30 YEARS? Speaks for itself.

They run on schedule. In fact, I've been going to this doctor for years, and there is never much of a wait. The staff is very pleasant, and Dr. Garcia is the BEST - very knowledgeable, has great bedside manners, and is well-informed about my medical records.
