I am a long time patient and your office is efficient and responsive - I have made calls to the office and also used the portal - either way, your team provides timely responses. When I arrive for my appointment, I am generally admitted into the service area within 5 minutes or less of the agreed to appointment time. I have been to other health care providers and have arrived timely for my scheduled appointment and then I have to wait in the waiting area, sometime 15-30 minutes or longer. Not so with your office
