The staff is very kind, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Teruya is amazing! She is so thorough and makes sure to look at all angles. You don't feel rushed when speaking to her and she has great solutions.

Always friendly and helpful. Dr. Teruya is fantastic. I moved to Athens Georgia and have been coming to Jax to see her for two years. I am in the process of finding a PCP here but I will never be able to replace her. She is an asset I don't think you can replace.

They do not overbook patients so that you get in to see the doctor at your scheduled time. The staff are friendly and competent.
I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Teruya is as a physician! She takes plenty of time with me and goes through all of my medical testing and current conditions very thoroughly. She is thoughtful with how she educates me on treatment options and respectful of my thoughts as well. I feel so grateful to have her as my primary care physician. This brings me tremendous comfort in knowing my health is in good hands with her.

PCP Dr. K. Teruya is outstanding! She is patient, thoughtful, thorough, kind, and clearly a very professional and competent physician. The Vital Signs staff is also excellent, as is the staff that checks you in. There seems to be a very positive culture overall in this office - one that displays a legitimate caring for patients as the individuals that they are.
