Everyone is polite and helpful. Dr. T takes notes and gives them to me, the patient, when I leave. She listens to me. And reviews my medical history. Her office has a telephone number you can select, if not an emergency, that sends you directly to someone who can take your question and get an immediate answer for you.

Professional and caring. Dr. Teruya has been compassionately and proactively providing care. I do feel comfortable and confident in her concern and level of expertise. Dr. [last name] has also provided support via portal in a timely manner and he too seems to be concerned about the care that he provides.
I’m thankful for the care I’ve received during challenging health issues.

Physician called me to report results of a test. She sent the Rx to a different pharmacy as mine is closed on weekends. Very nice and helpful. Dr.

From the moment patients comes through the door they are welcomed and assisted to make their experience as stress-less as possible. Appointment times are well scheduled and on time.
Dr. Teruya is an excellent internist and a skillful diagnostician with solid training and deep knowledge of medication. She is compassionate and thorough answering your questions and posing important questions for a patient to think about and consider.
As you exit the office you have an excellent summary of the visit in hand, your next appointment scheduled and warm wishes for a great day.
