They know you and speak to you before you sign in. Everyone in that office is kind and friendly. Dr Teruya couldn’t be more understanding . She listens to you and you don’t feel like just another patient to get through.

I've never had a long wait, and the staff is always sweet, friendly and listens to me. I have never felt rushed through any appointment. Dr Teruya is very thorough and explains things and takes her time. Their office and staff are very special and one of the best I've been to in many decades.

Everyone is so welcoming and personable the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Teruya is simply amazing. She is so thorough and so engaging in every single visit. Efficient, friendly, kind office personnel & the best physician I’ve ever had. She’s a great communicator & extremely knowledgeable, instilling confidence in her treatments & recommendations. When/if she has to do more research regarding medical questions, she will admit it and quickly complete the required research so that she can get back to me quickly. When necessary, she will refer me to other medical specialists, and she actively communicates with said specialists to ascertain the results of my visit & the specialists’ treatment plan. She is highly regarded among the medical community because she is so competent and has respect for her patients as well as other medical professionals.

Dr Teruya is the best doctor. She really takes the time to listen to your issues and tries to find answers for you. She doesn’t rush at all and she cares for her patient by giving them the time they need. I’m so glad I’m her patient. Thanks for being the best! We need more doctors like you.

As always, Dr. Teruya was thorough, professional and forthcoming with advice regarding my questions and issues. I never feel rushed and always feel valued. Also, the messaging feature in My Baptist Chart is very helpful in communicating with the office and doctor.
