I love Dr. Teruya and her staff at the Lakewood location! Everyone in the office is so friendly and they all make you feel comfortable during your visit. I think that Dr. Teruya is absolutely the best physician I have ever had. She's patient, compassionate and she truly listens to what you have to say.

Everything. Staff is great, efficient, cordial. . I like how Dr T writes out info on- letter size for notes* to remind me, what specialist to call or medication to take etc. Also the " My Baptist chart.org" website is easy to leave communication messages to your medical history* of previous visits and Blood work tests.

Everyone is personable, knowledgable, & simply amazing!! It is nice to go in & be treated as a true patient & not just a number to be seen. Dr. Teruya is my PCP & she is phenomeal & takes time to listen & help figure out what is going on. I thought I would be devastated transitioning to a new office after Dr. [last name] retired & getting to know a new group/office, but it has been a tremendous blessing!
