I had 2 problems I wanted to address. 1) vain patterns on my theighs. I got no advice as to what may have caused it, nor what I should do about it. 2) have something on the ball of my left foot. Was told to get foot pads. I did just that and, no help and my foot is sorer.

I was referred by a Springfield Clinic Dermatologist due to unavailability of their MOHS doctor. I was lucky in I only had one procedure to remove the affected tissue, which I was very happy to hear. This office and all of the people I dealt with were very nice, professional and made me feel welcome and valued as a person and patient. At first, I did not hear anything so I called and spoke with Pam. Apparently my name got misplaced somehow. Pam took great care of me in getting my information to the right people to get an appointment scheduled. I cannot say enough nice things about Pam, she was so nice and helpful, she is a great representative of your practice. I then got to meet the wonderful receptionists at the Urbana office, they were so very nice. i then met Molly when I had my procedure done and again, I cannot say enough nice things about her. She was patient and explained everything to me, both before, during and after the procedure. Molly is very caring and took her time to explain everything to me after the procedure. Dr. Youse is also very nice and took the time to explain things as the procedure went on. I only wish I could have bet him again after my procedure. After one

The treatment was fine, but the 45 minute wait to see the doctor ws a bit long...why have an appointment at a certain time and then have to wait for 45 minutes?
