Sarah is a kind, caring, thorough caregiver. She never rushes through any appointment, and always makes me feel very comfortable during any exam. When she moved from one medical office to where she is now, I followed her and moved all of my records. That is the kind of trust and admiration I have in her abilities.

I like Sarah as a practitioner. She is pleasant and efficient. My biggest issue is that she ( and most everyone else at this practice ) is constantly late to the appointment time, when they actually come into the patient's room. I waited at least 15 minutes past my appointment time in the room. This is an ongoing problem. My time is valuable. I take time out of my workday to arrive on time and I expect to be seen on time. Missed hours of work for the patient due to a medical professional being late is unprofessional and doesn't show appreciation for the patient who arrives on time.

I was delighted with my Mohs surgery by Dr. Jeremy Youse and his wonderful staff. Everyone there was so kind and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of this medical field. There is no doubt that I will recommend this place to everyone I know needing this service.

I had a skin cancer removed here. Dr.Youse is excellent and great to work with!. His staff are so well trained and pleasant, too, and the facility is beautiful and just sparkled! I'm VERY happy with my treatment!

Nick Idle was friendly, kind, professional, on time, and put me at ease. Having a skin check done can be an uncomfortable experience for obvious reasons, but he and his assistant chatted with me throughout the exam, and it made me feel less self-conscious.

Sarah is extremely professional and efficient. I went for an annual skin checkup, and she was extremely thorough. Upon examination, Sarah found something that needed biopsy. During the procedure of removing suspicious growth, Sarah was gentle and explained exactly what would happen. I am very pleased with Sarah Kincaid and highly recommend her.

Professional. Qualified. Takes his time to explain things and allows time for questions. Thorough. Found a pre-cancerous area during my exam and removed the lesion. Highly recommend!!!

It was a very good experience. Nick is a most personable young man and is very professional in what he does. I thought that Nick Idle did an excellent job. Also, I appreciate the speedy service. I went in to have a cyst looked at on Thursday morning. Nick removed it in the morning of the very next day.

What I like most is Sarah is VERY THOROUGH. . She works to catch any issues when they are small.. . My previous Dermatologist was not thorough, and did not do much . . . She is easy to work with and be around. . Makes me feel like I do not mind keeping my appointments. . .

The whole event was two separate MOHS surgery, and both turned out better than expected.
The injections for numbing was the worst, as well as the waiting, which neither MD or staff was the problem, but the procedure to follow.
I was completely at ease through the whole process, but did not enjoy it as much as I had wished for. The smell of the burning was awful. The healing process was painful, but I am glad I did it with this doctor.
Make it easier by telling people ahead, we will give you multiple shots, and the wait will be enormous if we keep finding more cancer. The stitches won't bother you, but they will come lose, and some bleeding likely. I bled on my pillow and sheets. The staff is great but the whole process will get on your nerves, and it is not a piece of cake.
The doctor was very comforting through the event. 10 starts for him.

Nick did a fine job of taking 5 or 6 biopsy's for futher evaluation. He also did a skin check and froze a number of other locations. I felt comfortable that he was experienced and knew what he was doing. Fine job Nick.
