The appointment was fine, but the provider was supposed to call about whether I was eligible for a treatment. That should've taken no more than 3 business days IMO, but had no response in a week. At that point, an assistant called with my biopsy results, couldn't find an answer on the prescription and said someone would call me. Two days later a message was left for me to call back. That was when I discovered that humans apparently don't answer the phone during business hours once Kiara is set up. All I can get is a voicemail with no option to hold and a follow up text to leave a message on Kiara, which doesn't engender any response until at least the following day. When someone finally called me back about the prescription, I was told I'd need lab work that I had recently had via another provider. She said I could send those results to vital derms app. When I tried, I found that the vital derms providers email address won't come up in the search and that there is no way to attach an image of my results or copy it into a message. So now, 2 weeks out from the appointment, I'm back to leaving a message on Kiara for someone to call me back again. I don't expect any response for another 4 days, based on my experience so far, so by the time I get new labs ordered and done and the prescription filled, it will be about a month past the appointment. This communication system is unacceptable.

I think I got lost in the shuffle and waited to be sutured for 2 hours until I finally mentioned it to a nurse and she immediately put me in the last room in the hall. I sat there for 30 more minutes and froze!

Everyone at the front desk are kind, professional, and helpful. The nurse who takes me back are always friendly and helpful. They seem to care of their patients. Nick is great very kind, social, friendly, supportive. He does a great job. My area he is working on has become clear up. We got 1-2 treatments. I am giving thought of possibly coming to him as I see other dermatologist on my scalp issue, I am on some medication to treat that. If he be up I might transfer to him as patient.
