A worrisome lump on my face proved to be caused by a leftover bit of suture from recent Mohs procedure. The suture was promptly removed and I was not charged for the visit!

Sarah Kincaid and her nurse were wonderful! The receptionist on the other hand was a different story - reason for the 9 rating. I felt as if my presence was an inconvenience, and when I was unsure of the protocol upon leaving, she was extremely condescending in addressing my questions.
