Sarah Kincaid and her nurse were wonderful! The receptionist on the other hand was a different story - reason for the 9 rating. I felt as if my presence was an inconvenience, and when I was unsure of the protocol upon leaving, she was extremely condescending in addressing my questions.

Check-in was easy. Mailed all paperwork prior to visit which made things easier. The assist was sweet and positive. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained things where i was able to understand.

This was my second surgery at this clinic, and both were excellent. I am on blood thinners and Dr Youse gave me two incisions that did not bleed afterwards. The whole staff there provides very good service, and are a pleasure to be around

I was suppose to see the Dr and I was told he was to busy. Why not call and reschedule instead of switching me off to a pa who checked my lip but looked in wrong spot. Her had no clue what to look for. I was not happy a waste off my time and probably cost about $300 for 3 minutes.

Realize things don't and always can't run on time but also have other things to do that day. Can see a 15 or so minute delay but 30 minutes created problems with my schedule. auses problems with

My appt. was scrambled date wise, so it took two trips from 18 miles away. On the second trip, waited 40 minutes to be seen. Not a good experience.
