I went to Champaign but forgot my appointment was in Mattoon. They still made time for me and I didn't mind a little bit of waiting. Doctor yes treated three or four spots on my face and I'm grateful.

The wait time was a little long, I had to wait around 45 minutes before I seen the doctor. But the staff was very nice and the doctor explained things very well.

I had a red spot on my arm. I have had skin cancer in the past. It was time to see will. He froze the spot and I will wait to see if it needs a biopsy.

I have been struggling with chronic hives since May and was referred to Will Miller. He has been fantastic giving me fantastic care and listening to me. And the girls in the office have been sooo nice and understanding as I’ve had to talk to them and be there a Lott. They’re all very patient. I give them a 20 out of 10!!!

They was so understanding I was from almost 2 hours away and on their lunch hr. they stayed and got my piliar cyst that I had neglected to get removed for quite some time. I appreciated the way they treated me like a real person . Actually caring, understanding get to know you bed side manor. I don't really mind how much my bill is going to be after insurance because my welcoming and their generosity was well worth every penny that will be worth spent for going. I was told Will was good and that was a understatement he was AMAZING and his assistants were very good and understanding also. I was more so thankful for all of them that day!

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Wait time was a little more when I first got there but after that I was getting right in to get the results of my incisions. Which was twice. I would recommend this medical facility to everyone that I possibly can.

Besides the long drive and having to wait for a while, my experience was excellent. As soon as i was in a room we worked through all the details and saw someone very quickly. Every thing that was explained to me was easy to understand and after the visit I can see why there's a long wait time.
