The staff are all wonderful. A great greeting from the front desk staff. The nurse was very pleasant, and the PA was fantastic as usual. I wish all of my medical appointments were this good.

I found out that i had bacterial acne, and i was prescribed a low dose of tretinoin, a pill that prevents bacteria, and a calamine (?) lotion.

Got an appointment to see the PA the same day I called. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, checked in, and was ushered into a waiting room within five minutes of my arrival. The PA came in almost immediately, introduced himself, and made me feel at ease and comfortable. The treatment was quick and painless and the PA explained the next step was biopsy and the outcome might indicate MOHs surgery. This was explained to me in a way that I understood completely.

My visits are always efficient and to the point. I’ve never had to wait longer than a few minutes. Will listens to his patients and is proactive with treatment. By far the best derm office in Decatur/Springfield.
