Very professional the doctor listened and explained everything in detail took his time I did not feel rushed at all left the office feeling confident and reassured. I can’t recall the last time I was in the doctors office and felt like a human being and not a number thankyou

Dr. Hall was very professional, compassionate, and thorough. He explained both hiatal procedures in depth. He also informed me about two tests he wanted me to have completed. He had the test scheduled so me and my husband would know the next step.

Doctor Putman fully explained what is going on with my diagnosis and possible future issues with my health. He seemed to be a nice, well-rounded man. I felt very comfortable with my visit.

My experience with Dr. Hall's team was more than AMAZING! He spent my first visit talking to me like a long-lost friend. He wanted to know about my family and my family history. We talked about my daily activities with my 13 grandkids and 6 great-grandkids, my exercise routine, my thoughts about my cancer diagnosis. It would take more than this survey to tell you about how comfortable he made me. He explained to me step by step how we were going to approach my care. My follow up with him after surgery was just as amazing! I got hugs from all of them!
Now, sweet Karen! She was there on my very first visit also! After Dr. Hall left the room, she stayed to make sure I was ok before I left. She gave me her card and a hug and told me not to hesitate to call her with any question or concern I had. I did call her several times. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. She was always bubbly and asked how I was doing. She gets 15 Daisy Awards from me!! She was also there at my follow-up from surgery! Got hugs then also!!! Matt was there at my follow-up visit also. He's so shy! He explained things to me in layman's terms. Once again it felt like a family reunion! I got more hugs!!! Last but certainly not least, Akyana! She was so funny! While checking me in we talked about shows we liked and just friendly, comfortable chit chat. An asset to Dr. Hall. I wish I could adopt them! I could keep going but I'm running out of space!! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! my family was just as impressed!

I was so nervous about my diagnosis, Dr Deb explained everything in detail. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never once seeming like he was bothered or in a rush. The nurse came in after and explained all of the upcoming tests and surgical procedures and was so nice and friendly and put me and my family at ease. I left without any of the anxiety and fear I had walked in with. A+++.

MY HUSBAND WAS HOSPITALIZED ON MARCH 4TH - MARCH 16TH ON HEART HOSPITAL 4TH FLOOR NORTH, AND EVERY RN,CNA,,HOUSEKEEPING,AND FOOD SERVERS (ESPECIALLY JASON) WAS THE GREATEST CARE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY WERE SO CARING, CONSIDERATE,AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AND GAVE US THE UPMOST RESPECT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANY PERSON IF THEY HAVE TO BE HOSPITALIZED TO ASK FOR THE 4TH FLOOR NORTH HEART HOSPITAL. EXCELLENT CARE!!!

Dr Putnam and his group of doctors have been wonderful to me I am cancer-free as of right now they remove the top load of my left lung and I couldn't have asked for better care either at the hospital or by my doctor's from MD Anderson and I'd recommend them anytime
