Both the Dr. & nurses were extremely pleasant and efficient. I liked the fact that they spent so much time with me, answered all my questions, and explained all my options. I never felt rushed and I knew I had the complete attention of both the Dr. and the nurse in the room.
My whole visit, from check in and registration through to my consultation with the physician was handled pleasantly and professionally.
This was my first visit to Baptist and I left feeling confident that my procedure I will be having there will go just as easily.

I have been Dr. Putnam’s patient for sometime and interacted with his office staff. They are all pleasant, compassionate, and I have never left the office not fully understanding what was going on. Dr. Putnam has never rushed through an appointment and I always felt at ease and trust him 100%.

Dr. [last name]' bedside manners. His assistant her name escapes me, maybe Julie. She was always smiling and she was very attentive to my care. The RN's in pre op then the ones once I got to my room were all very kind and attentive to my care.
