From the moment I stepped in for check-in, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff who made the registration process smooth and hassle-free.
My physician was outstanding! He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my condition and treatment options. His expertise and compassionate approach were excellent, making me feel truly valued and understood as a patient.
The professionalism and care I received from my physician and nurse were greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in my experience.
Scheduling my follow-up appointment was seamless, with the staff accommodating my needs and finding a convenient time for me. Overall, my visit to the Thoracic Clinic exceeded my expectations in every way.

Dr. Hall’s thorough explanation of my current healthcare status, taking time to answer any and all questions, and very caring and compassionate. In addition, Karen, his nurse is very tentative and follows up in making sure visits are seamless.

What can I say!? Unequivocally the best in the field! From prognosis through my journey and recovery the doctors and staff in thoracic center are compassionate, thorough and prompt if I had any post surgery issues. They have truly facilitated me returning to close to a normal life.

Entire staff is polite, positive, engaging and helpful. The facility is comfortable and calming. Great atmosphere all-around. Kudo’s to the medical leadership and staff for inculcating this demeanor throughout the entire organization.
Patients always provided an opportunity to ask questions and all questions are always clearly and thoroughly addressed.

Human and friendly caregivers that even been in a hospital environment you can feel the warmth of the people taking care if you. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and supportive on your needs.

How efficient and quickly the office visit went, how knowledgeable Dr. Deb was with the last 17 years of my records and that he was very honest with my future care for the issues he was seeing me for, glad I don't have to much to worry about now, but in the future he would be there if needed,

I went to MD Anderson specifically to see Dr.Putnam.He has surpassed all expectations. After much research ,his resume ,skill,experience,expertise,knowledge led me to request him to be my doctor.I never expected such kind, respectful,patient and empathetic care.I was not rushed..never felt he had"one foot out the door" though the waiting area full of patients.He answered thoroughly all questions from me as well as my wife.He was not dismissive at .l feel so fortunate to be in his care.
Dr.Putnam's nurse Caitlin most responsive when my wife and I had questions..she is an amazing addition to his care.

I’m horrible with names, but the PA I saw for my appointment for kind, thorough and answered all my questions. He was honest but also reassuring about my most recent test results. He also took the opportunity to suggest my husband start taking advantage of the CT lung cancer screenings available to him!

Dr. Deb was very reassuring and professional in his approach to my upcoming surgery. The fact that he specializes in this type surgery was a huge bonus, particularly when he said he's done some 500 of them and used to teach it.
Also, his nurse Janeen was the best!!!! Nurses are special type people to begin with and Janeen is very compassionate and obviously cares greatly about her patients. I feel very comfortable with both Janeen and Dr. Deb on my team along with Dr. [last name].
I live on St. Simons Island, Georgia and we don't even have a thoracic surgeon here in Glynn County, so I'm very happy to be at MD Anderson - I've heard nothing but the best about the treatment and care there.
