I saw Matthew Hagner for a follow-up visit. He was friendly, yet professional. He was thoroughly familiar with my history and took time to explain the results of a recent CT scan, answering any questions in a no-rush atmosphere.

Competent, compassionate, congenial, staff including registration, nursing, physician! Nurses and doctor were prepared with my personal medical records and all updated information which provided a confident, relaxed visit and consultation. All details regarding my ‘health check’ were explained in full and easy to understand. Conversations with doctor and nurse were ‘down to earth’ and respectful. Dr. Kuo was kind to make sure I understood each detail including diagnosis, medication, future plans, even hand drawing features of diagnosis and diagnosis findings. Impressive and appreciated! Dr. Kuo contacted my referring GI doctor personally, immediately. I feel blessed and lucky to have had such a remarkably positive experience where health fears could have been present yet none felt as the health care team expertly and kindly made my entire visit as easy and stress free as possible. Thank you.

The medical staff is without question the most professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested and caring that I have ever dealt with! I recently relocated from another state and was very concerned about finding new cancer treatment professionals here. Within minutes, I knew that my anxiety and feelings of strangeness had disappeared. Dr. Putnam, his staff, and the admission people are just wonderful! Dealing with lung cancer is horrible. But thankfully there are these good people who help you get through!

Dr. Hall was very thorough, explaining in great detail the results of chest ct scan with the images. He answered all questions. He made my anxiety level decrease significantly by having a sense of humor yet educating me about what is going on with my lungs. He is an outstanding Dr.
