I felt welcomed by everyone and appreciated the time Dr.Deb took to explain my scan and the plan to monitor my mass. I also appreciated the fact that I was seen so quickly and look forward to future appointments.

I have been Dr. Putnam’s patient for sometime and interacted with his office staff. They are all pleasant, compassionate, and I have never left the office not fully understanding what was going on. Dr. Putnam has never rushed through an appointment and I always felt at ease and trust him 100%.

Dr. [last name]' bedside manners. His assistant her name escapes me, maybe Julie. She was always smiling and she was very attentive to my care. The RN's in pre op then the ones once I got to my room were all very kind and attentive to my care.

Staff was friendly, Dr [last name] and his PA Mr Hagner were very warm and treated me like we were friends. They answered any and all questions I’ve had and any follow up questions through MyChart were responded to promptly by themselves or their team.

Dr Deb was knowledgeable and decided against a very invasive biopsy that one of his former colleagues wanted to preform on me. Dr Deb made the right decision and the other surgeon does not even practice here anymore. He cared about me and studied my health journey in a short period of time to make the safest option for me. He knew it was unsafe and risky.

Dr. David Hall MD made me feel comfortable and explained my heath problem and my treatment options… I feel so much better that I know he and his team have my best outcomes possible…. I left there feeling like I made good friend and good doctor !!!
