MY HUSBAND WAS HOSPITALIZED ON MARCH 4TH - MARCH 16TH ON HEART HOSPITAL 4TH FLOOR NORTH, AND EVERY RN,CNA,,HOUSEKEEPING,AND FOOD SERVERS (ESPECIALLY JASON) WAS THE GREATEST CARE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY WERE SO CARING, CONSIDERATE,AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS AND GAVE US THE UPMOST RESPECT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANY PERSON IF THEY HAVE TO BE HOSPITALIZED TO ASK FOR THE 4TH FLOOR NORTH HEART HOSPITAL. EXCELLENT CARE!!!

The physician Dr. David Hall is excellent. He reads your chart before you come in and knows exactly why you are there. He spends a little time to know you and understand the issues you are dealing with. Both visits the nursing staff was great. Both visits they ran reasonably timely.

Dr. Hall and his staff. They spent a great deal of time with me. Went over everything with clarity and answered all questions. They made me feel of importance to them and not like another cog in the wheel. It may sound odd, but I really enjoyed my time spent with them.

Everything. Everyone is compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone from the staff, nurses , PA and Dr Hall always are interested in taking time to answer all your questions and to get to know you and your fears and concerns as well as always being personable about your life in general. I would definitely refer them to family and friends. Just the word Cancer is scary enough, but having a staff who genuinely cares is the most crucial part of healing.

From the time we walked in the door everyone was friendly & professional. Dr. Hall took his time explaining to my family and I what was happening in my lungs and went into detail explaining his treatment plan. His team members were also very helpful.

I love Dr. Hall and his staff. The kindness and care they have shown have been wonderful. My questions are answered in a way that I can understand and I have never left his office that I haven't felt like I was the most important patient of the day. That speaks volumes to me.
