Competent, compassionate, congenial, staff including registration, nursing, physician! Nurses and doctor were prepared with my personal medical records and all updated information which provided a confident, relaxed visit and consultation. All details regarding my ‘health check’ were explained in full and easy to understand. Conversations with doctor and nurse were ‘down to earth’ and respectful. Dr. Kuo was kind to make sure I understood each detail including diagnosis, medication, future plans, even hand drawing features of diagnosis and diagnosis findings. Impressive and appreciated! Dr. Kuo contacted my referring GI doctor personally, immediately. I feel blessed and lucky to have had such a remarkably positive experience where health fears could have been present yet none felt as the health care team expertly and kindly made my entire visit as easy and stress free as possible.
