Very efficient. They took me early as I had finished scan early. Dr Putnam made several suggestions on other matters and he called me later to follow up. Very impressed and satisfied with my care there.

I chose MD Anderson because of their personalized, patient-centered care. Everyone from the Financial department, check-in desk, imaging, Dr. Putnam, and his staff were kind and compassionate. They should be everyone's number one choice for cancer care!

My appointment to get the results of my scan was with Dr. Putnam. Before Dr. Putnam came to the room, his PA came in and introduced himself and went into the records on the computer and got it all set up for Dr. Putnam. My visit went well and I was extremely happy that everything looks good and I do not have to go back for one year. I have never had a complaint about the service either getting ready for and having the surgery or the visits afterward. I have never had to wait for long periods of time to be seen.

Dr Putnam is a true professional that takes the time to explain in detail the specifics and recommendations for the best treatment and tests toward a resolution and recovery from a very scary diagnosis. Both my fiancé and I are convinced we have the best doctor and team to get through this predicament. Everyone we encountered during our visit was a superstar with a goal of exceeding our expectations
