MD Anderson staff are always courteous and friendly and they establish an excellent rapport with patients. Support staff, both administrative and medical, are efficient and caring. Medical staff ask detailed questions and listen carefully to patient answers, as well as patient questions. The entire environment is calming and their protocols and practices demonstrate a well-informed and deliberately methodical approach to patient care. I am extremely pleased to place my care under MD Anderson doctors. Dr. [last name] and his entire staff have always been superb. After my recent introduction to Dr. Putnam, RN Janeen, and Kimberly I’m confident I’ll be receiving more superb care. Dr. Putnam was compassionate and caring. He explained everything to us and shared x-rays and CT scan with us. He allowed me to take pictures. He listened to us. We were overwhelmed but felt they he truly cared.

Dr Putnam and his group of doctors have been wonderful to me I am cancer-free as of right now they remove the top load of my left lung and I couldn't have asked for better care either at the hospital or by my doctor's from MD Anderson and I'd recommend them anytime
