Entire staff is polite, positive, engaging and helpful. The facility is comfortable and calming. Great atmosphere all-around. Kudo’s to the medical leadership and staff for inculcating this demeanor throughout the entire organization. Patients always provided an opportunity to ask questions and all questions are always clearly and thoroughly addressed.

I went to MD Anderson specifically to see Dr.Putnam.He has surpassed all expectations. After much research ,his resume ,skill,experience,expertise,knowledge led me to request him to be my doctor.I never expected such kind, respectful,patient and empathetic care.I was not rushed..never felt he had"one foot out the door" though the waiting area full of patients.He answered thoroughly all questions from me as well as my wife.He was not dismissive at .l feel so fortunate to be in his care. Dr.Putnam's nurse Caitlin most responsive when my wife and I had questions..she is an amazing addition to his care.

everyone really cared about me and my situation…I spent most of my appointment on Sept 16 moaning about how miserable i felt. Evan was MORE than empathetic and kind…gave me good advice and I felt better after I left. I think ? I apologized to him for being such a bad patient

We went to MD Anderson because of positive experience in the past.This appt we saw a new physician who we requested when a referral was needed because of his training, experience and education. MD Anderson staff are always courteous and friendly and they establish an excellent rapport with patients. Support staff, both administrative and medical, are efficient and caring. Medical staff ask detailed questions and listen carefully to patient answers, as well as patient questions. The entire environment is calming and their protocols and practices demonstrate a well-informed and deliberately methodical approach to patient care. I am extremely pleased to place my care under MD Anderson doctors. Dr. [last name] and his entire staff have always been superb. After my recent introduction to Dr. Putnam, RN Janeen, and Kimberly I’m confident I’ll be receiving more superb care.
