Dr C was great! He wanted to know my history and he reviewed all my scans and showed me what is happening with my pancreas. I am visual learner and not only did we review scans but he drew additional pictures on his whiteboard to help me in understanding.
From checkin until checkout everyone was friendly and helpful. I feel very secure in both Baptist and ND Andersen facilities

The entire staff from check in to checkout is professional, personable and efficient and provides top notch care. They answer all my questions and provide useful information and advice in laymen’s terns. I always feel like they care about me as a person as well as a patient. In addition, the waiting is at a minimum if at all.

The doctor had one of the best bedside manners and listening to what we had to say about my condition. He asked a lot of questions for his information and he listened to what we had to say the PA and the nurses were very professional and the procedure went very well. We just enjoyed the staff.
