Ability to sit and talk with your doctor or physician assistant about the details of your medical care. The total staff takes the time to explain the present and future projections. thorough examination for my Mom by Oncologist who brought in a second Oncologist for another opinion. They spent time explaining the severity of my Mom's condition and several options along with their opinion due to my Mom's age of 100 years old. My brother and I were very impressed.
