While it took awhile to get an appointment, once in the system everything has gone smoothly. The entire staff, from schedulers to nurses to doctors work seamlessly under one roof to make your visits efficient and productive. My access to professionals with questions about my care has been reassuring. And, of course, the standard of medical care is outstanding.

My physician and nurse were very thorough and explained everything very well. All of my questions were answered and their professional demeanors were matched with warmth and respect. The only downside was the wait.

When entering the building, the lady that you first talked to was very nice. She instructed me to sit over in the gray chairs by the financial office. The staff that I talked to was very nice. Also, they brought me upstairs. Everyone was very nice. All the staff in the doctors office was very professional. Thank you.

When I checked in at the central reception desk on the first floor the receptionist was singing Happy Birthday to the patient ahead of me on his special day. And she had a great voice! Next Yolanda [last name], Patient Financial Advocate, took me to her office to review insurance and take a review of systems. She was friendly, professional and reassuring. Yolanda then escorted me up the elevator to Dr. Gusani's office which made the entire new patient check-in process seamless. She is a pro. These 2 employees set a calm, competent tone for my 1st visit to BMDA and should be commended. Dr. Gusani and his staff were also excellent. Dr. Gusani was professional, knowledgeable, to the point and answered all my questions. I am happy to be under his care. I would also like to commend Adrienne [last name] RN, Lead New Patient Access Coordinator, for returning my initial call and facilitating my appointment.
