The Staff and the Doctors take the time to listen to your concerns and then they explain everything very clearly. This gives you a great deal of confidence in their medical skills and plans for your recovery.

The entire oncology team has been very supportive and friendly. It is obvious that they truly care about their patients. This has helped me with the entire process. Excellent care. Would highly recommend to anyone with cancer related concerns or illness. You are always seen on time with all questions answered in ways that are specific and understandable. From the administrative staff to the practices, the patient and patient's family are a priority. MD Anderson sets the bar for patient care.

I was scared when I first walked up to the facility. However the staff at the new patient desk welcomed me and ask how she could help. Immediately I felt at ease. Then my daughter came and I felt more at ease. Then ms Yolanda was friendly and helpful. She escorted my daughter and I upstairs to the doctor’s office. The staff there were also friendly and welcoming. Every one was so helpful and friendly. Then I met my doctors . All were compassionate and informative especially doctor C.I loved all the staff and doctors. My experience was a positive one and I would recommend your cancer facility to my friends and family in the US Virgin Islands if and when they may need your services.

From the time of my diagnosis, a plan was implemented with the surgeon and the oncologist. Keeping mine and my husband’s decisions, concerns and input as a priority, we agreed how to move forward. The hole team- pre-op, nutritionist, pharmacist and the surgical team was well organized and prepared me well for surgery. The follow-up and continued treatment for my cancer was also very organized. Overall, it was a very centered on me and made a most difficult and challenging diagnosis easier to cope with.

Every person I dealt with was great, from the greeter to the finance advisor, to the aides, to the nurses, to the PA’s, and ultimately to the doctor. Dr [last name] has been wonderful to work with.
