The entire process was well executed. The staff was friendly and caring. Dr. Norkin was excellent. He listened to all my symptoms, went over all of the laboratory that I had prior to the visit and discussed the plan going ahead.

I appreciated everyone's understanding and willingness to make me feel comfortable.
The assignment of a patient advocate is a great idea, I feel in some hospitals you can get put in a revolving door, not know what the next step is.
Fortunately it looks like my issues are not significant, but it does break my hear to see others that are really struggling.
Thank-you to all for your heart for the hurting.

All of the RN and CNAs are great! Sherri, Joanne, Tanisha, Lynn, Adam, Emil amongst others have great bedside manners very accommodating just the best. July is efficient. Dr. Majko is an absolute pleasure and so far he has guided us and listened to our concerns and wishes.

Visiting your hospital was a great experience. Every worker from the registrationr workers, to the nurses, and the doctor, were not only professional, but friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I had a great visit with Dr. Norkin. He was not only easy to understand, but was attentive to all my needs, and answered all my questions. Thanks to all who work and volunteer at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center. You all made a difficult time so much easier for me.

Every one was so kind and friendly. Made me feel welcomed and relaxed. From those who signed me in to the Doctors, assistants, those who take blood samples and even workers who were in the elevator just saying hello and have a good. Very warm and caring.
