Superlative in every way- kind considerate professional doctor and staff; efficient handling of registration and patient care; beautiful facility and comfortable surroundings. At every step during my appointment I felt as though everything was being handled with the utmost care and sensitivity to alleviate the patient's anxiety. And when leaving, I better understood why there was a redline through the word cancer on the MD Anderson Cancer Center building signage. The care and concern within is palpable.

Everyone on staff there is just lovely. from the check in, to vitals, to the nurses each person is wonderful to interact with. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this office and see this staff.

The experience I had with the PA in hematology was excellent. She provided clear, thorough explanations and helped me to understand my results in a way that finally made sense to me. I felt that I was listened to, respected, and genuinely supported throughout the appointment. Her professionalism, compassion, and depth of knowledge gave me a lot of confidence in my care. I truly appreciate the time she took and the quality of information I received.
