Patient centered, prompt, efficient, and friendly. The place is clean the people the staff rather takes their time with you and are not hurrying you and are interested in what you have to say, which I consider to be paramount.

From the moment I walked through the door the receptionist greeted me warmly, and directed me to the elevator banks.
From there the front desk was extremely welcoming and guided me through signatures (I did most of the work through the portal).
My hematologist/oncologist was the absolute BEST!! Explained things thoroughly (even ensuring what I knew/didn’t know before explaining. Highly recommend!

Dr. Majko is a wonderful doctor and I feel completely confident in his knowledge. He makes me feel very comfortable and I trust him wholeheartedly.
His nurse and appointment schedulers are very nice and friendly. They enjoy their jobs and it shows.

Dr Norkin is very knowledgeable and he is a good listener . He took the time to answer all of my questions and answered them in a way that I could understand and feel comfortable with. All of the staff were very nice and efficient.

Dealing with Leukemia for 13 years now. The last 11 have been with MD Anderson. Dr Gorak is amazing. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. I really trust him and his treatment plans. The staff is great too.

My first experience with MD Anderson was a good experience. Staff took time to record all of my health history and current issues. Dr. Norkin was friendly and approachable. I was comfortable that he understood my issues and conveyed lab results and treatment plans in a positive manner.
