This was the first visit at MD Anderson and can say that without a doubt I have never been treated with such dignity, caring and respect. From the registration process where many services were explained to myself and my husband to her walking us to the reception area on the 6th floor. Upon arrival at the Hematology Dept again the concern, caring and professionalism shown to us was deeply appreciated. Dr. Majko listened to my concerns, answered all questions and explained all of the testing to be done and the reason for them. There was no rushing through the appointment. He was professional but caring and listened to my concerns. After the appointment he escorted us to check out and explained to the staff what tests he was ordering.
Again the efficiency, professionalism and caring from the staff assisting me with appointments was outstanding. She was able to schedule all of my testing before I left.
There is much anxiety and apprehension with a visit to your facility, but your staff is outstanding, caring and compassionale

All my experiences with MDA have been very positive. From phone calls, receptions, check in, medical assistants, nurses, PAs and Doctors I give 5 stars to this department and to MDA overall.

I am a new patient over at MD Anderson and had my very first appointment on 3/20/25 and the staff was very welcoming and caring everyone made me feel comfortable and directed me where to go once I made it up stairs staff members were very hospitable while I waiting in the lobby for may name to be called once I made in the back nurses and Dr were very caring and perfectly explained everything that was going on with me at the time of my appointment they staff answered any and every question that I had and some ever one was great my experience was excellent

The staff personnel were friendly and highly professional. Dr Jorge Antunez is a highly competent and professional physician. His communication with me was extremely explanative and easily understandable for a complicated matter. His thoroughness in assessing my health issue was nothing less than remarkable and certainly worthy of praise.
