Everyone is prompt, friendly and honest. I say honest because a lot of doctors string you along forever for no real reason. Dr. Paschal ran the necessary blood tests, repeated them some months later and could not really find any specific reason for my immune issues. She released me and said I could come back to see her if my regular bloodwork showed reasons for concern. I greatly appreciate the way she handled my problem.

I was treated with respect. My appointment wasn’t rushed. This is my first time being treated here. My appointment went very well. All of the information was relayed to so I would understand and there was even a couple of laughable moments. Overall my visit was great.

Superlative in every way- kind considerate professional doctor and staff; efficient handling of registration and patient care; beautiful facility and comfortable surroundings. At every step during my appointment I felt as though everything was being handled with the utmost care and sensitivity to alleviate the patient's anxiety. And when leaving, I better understood why there was a redline through the word cancer on the MD Anderson Cancer Center building signage. The care and concern within is palpable.
