The care is very organized. Everyone is very empathetic. Dr. Paschal is extremely knowledgeable. She and the care team maintained contact with me on the portal several times today. She came up with a couple of solutions to my condition quickly.

Everything from the moment I parked. Signs directed me to inside the building. When I walked in everything is beautiful and sterile clean. Everyone is super nice. Every staff member I talked to were informative and concerned. Everyone explained to me what they were doing and where to go next. Very organized.

First, there is a sense of calm when you go into this hospital. And I felt that from this new doctor her nurse was very sweet. Explain what she did that she was A. Go-between the doctor and her and I and I felt like I had something to hang on to or someone I could always talk to. The dokcheon was very sweet, very kind. Easy to talk to and I didn't feel afraid of what I might have as this is my first chance to discover this

This was probably the nicest medical experience I have ever experienced. Every person I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and seemed to care that I would have a pleasant experience: Ramona who assisted my check-in; Jennifer (RN) and Chawn (Nurse Navagator); and Dr. Paschal. Also, the entire process was timely without undue delays….not always the case with doctor visits.
