This allows Dr. Paschal to focus on reviewing my test results thoroughly and creating a clear plan to get me Healthy again. I feel heard, supported, and well cared for every visit.”

Ramona, registration coordinator, was professional and such a nice touch to my visit. She was informative and provided excellent customer service (all the way up to the clinic)! Dr. Paschal was prompt in timing and approachable. She also provided exceptional customer service as it was nice to be in the midst of a physician that has remarkable bedside manner.

The team was informative and Dr Paschal took the time to listen to what I had to say and explained the whole process throughout. Comfortable setting for what could have been uncomfortable moments. The whole experience went better than expected. Very appreciative of everyone from the greeters walking in to the reception area to labs to infusion staff 100% wouldi recommend them!

On 1/8/2026 I came in for an iron infusion. Within a minute I had a very rare and severe anaphylactic reaction that went bad very fast. I give all the credit to the doctor and nurses there for taking care of me so quickly. I don’t remember everything but I am alive thanks to their care and quick response. I most likely won’t have another infusion for a while but if I ever do I would do it at MD Anderson again.
