Easy access to and from the parking garage to hospital. Every step in the process is patient oriented; from setting up the appointment, to the intake process, to seeing the doctor. After each step in the visit, an engaging employee walked me to the next place and oriented me to the amenities and the waiting area. Dr. Majko was prepared and had reviewed past medical history prior to visit. He addressed concerns, listened attentively and set a care plan in motion all while taking into consideration how I wished to proceed. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Hospital is fairly close to my home, directions to find lab given at the front desk and then a nurse going that way walked with me to be sure I found it. Blood draw done quickly , painlessly, and professionally. All were very pleasant and professional. As the nurse said in the Interventional surgery where I had a bone marrow biopsy a couple of weeks ago, "everyone who works here is very happy"! And it shows!

I was very nervous going in, but the whole staff made me feel at ease right from the start. They were friendly, and gave me valuable information about the hospital and the medical team. Dr. Majko was extremely caring, and had a great approach to my treatment. Needless to say, I am in good hands and optimistic about my health.

Dr. [last name] and Susanna [last name] were amazing. Dr. [last name] with her knowledge and kindness really listened to me, respected me and put me at ease. Susanna rolling around on her scooter bringing such a smile, cheerfulness and she sat and listened to me also. They were such a pleasure to have has my medicinal team. When I went to Dr. Majko’s office the medical assistant was pleasant and kind and very professional without being stuffy and even the precious girl that checked we out-such a sweet smile as attitude. I raved to Dr. Majko about all the staff in hospital and out and so appreciate not just their care and knowledge but the attitudes, the respect for me and the encouragement they gave me. Top notch staff and although I’d rather this not be the situation I’m in, I look forward to working with them in the future.

All my doctors at MD Anderson, including my hematologist are top notch. They listen and are willing to discuss and consider alternative therapy and treatment options. This is very important to me since I do not trust Big Pharma. They really seem to care for their patients. And they have no problem taking time to discuss things and answer questions. They do not rush me and really try to help me understand not only my diagnosis, but how to help me manage my health. Very appreciative of them and the fact that I do not feel like a number or dollar sign.
