Patient centered, prompt, efficient, and friendly. The place is clean the people the staff rather takes their time with you and are not hurrying you and are interested in what you have to say, which I consider to be paramount.

I've been twice and both times my appointment was right on time. Also, staff was pleasant and helpful. I really liked the doctor as he took time to explain in detail everything on the first visit and then on the 2nd shared all the information that was pertinent at the time. I feel they spend the right amount of time with the patient and are very thorough, also.

Everyone was very professional and caring. My appointment was on time and I did not have to wait. The doctor went and PA went over my LABs with me and made sure I understood everything and the course of care I would follow after my visit. Then my follow up appointments were made. And that was easily made before I left. Great care as always.

I was very scared and felt hopeless because I didn’t know what was wrong with me. From the moment I walked into the building everyone was very kind and courteous. Everything was carefully explained to me. Everyone personally walks you to the next person in the next steps of your care. Everyone introduced themselves to you, explained why they are seeing you and wanted my feedback about questions I may have had. My provider, J Antunez de Mayolo, MD was extremely amazing, kind, very attentive to my questions and concerns. I felt hopeful and confident in his care. Overall, through all of my fears and helplessness, I had the best experience ever dealing with my healthcare and providers, thank you. I would recommend to all my friends and family MD Anderson Cancer Institute and my provider J Antunez de Mayolo.
