MY TREATMENT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE COME TO EXPECT: EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, TIMELY, AND HAPPY TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VISIT (S). THEY WERE THOROUGH AND TECHNICALLY SPOT ON. THIS HAS BEEN OVER THREE YEARS IN THE MAKING, AND THERE ARE TWO TO GO. I WOULDN'T HESITATE FOR A MOMENT TO RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION TO ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR A GOOD HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE.

Evryone was so nice and pleasant to deal with. I did not have to wait long. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly. For the elderly, that is very important. I was very satisfied with the care I received.

All the staff was courteous and attentive, the waiting was minimal also. The facility was extremely clean and it had a clean smell inside the building. The best part I think was the immediate referral and appointment set-up after the visit, so no time wasted by me and it was done for you by the staff, a great place. I been at the Mayo clinic and this is just as good as Mayo in the areas I mentioned.

The members of the Head & Neck dept as a whole were caring and attentive. Such a pleasant experience to be treated kindly and respectfully. No one wants to be sick or have concerns of a possible illness and being here gave me peace of mind that I would be treated well.
