Doctor and all assistants were professional and caring. They worked extensively to schedule my surgery in a timely manner, which I appreciated very much as I have plenty of time to recover before I have more surgery at the end of March.

Every staff member, who I encountered, were friendly and helpful. The physician was knowledgeable, and made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure. He explained my diagnosis, and my options for treatment.

WHAT I LIKE IS NOT BEING KEPT WAITING. IN THE THREE YEARS I'VE BEEN GOING TO M.D. ANDERSON I HAVE ONLY BEEN KEPT WAITING TWICE THAT I CAN REMEMBER. THAT'S ACTUALLY PRETTY GOOD IN MY BOOK. THE FACT THAT EVERYBODY IS HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND NICE AT THE SAME TIME IS JUST A BONUS.
