The whole experience was wonderful. The welcome and meeting the Patient Financial Advocate, Sondra [last name] was assuring that my questions would be answered promptly and correctly. The care team was very knowledgeable and supportive. Dr Mayland was very nice, professional and made me feel that she cared about me. She offered me options and supported my decision for future care. Andrew PA, was caring and checked to see if i was fine and answered all of my questions.
This is a much different experience than i have had at other local hospitals. As I was leaving my hands were full and the young lady who checked me out came around her work station, went to and opened the door for me .Very nice.

I really like Dr Ahmad he's very patient he listens to you he looks right into your eyes he's very gentle he is highly intelligent with what's going on with mouth cancer had cancer and neck cancer I am really going to miss you. In fact I cried Friday when I left. I grew to trust you to honor you to obey everything you tell me to do with my mouth and you're very kind and you're very persistent you don't let things go you're aware of everything and I truly truly am going to miss you and whoever gets you as a doctor it's an honor thank you Dr Ahmad for everything

The faciclity as impressive. People were friendly and helpful. Dr. B. Smith and his staff took suffiicent time to speak to us and explained everything very clearly. It is nice to know we have so many people working toward recovery.

This place is amazing. They are genuinely concerned about you and are doing their best to cure you. It has been a great experience, as bad as it was, to deal with such professional and compassionate people. No matter who I dealt with, I was their main concern. No rushing you in and out. Thank you!
