Sarah L. PA is a compassionate, informative caregiver. She took her time explaining scan results and included my wife and I with plan of care. Never felt the appt was rushed. This was first time meeting her and hope to see her again.

As a healthcare professional myself, I can say that i have seen it from both sides, currently me as the patient. I have never been so comfortable about going into something so serious that could literally alter my face cosmetically forever. When I first met Dr. [last name], Sarah her P.A. and McKenzie the other nurse in the room, I knew I was in good hands. The professionalism, the genuine love of what they do, and that transferred directly to to allowing me to relax, even knowing what I an facing possibly long-term. What an incredible team

The caregiver was very attentive and made me feel comfortable asking questions. She never spoke down to me or in any way made me feel unimportant. She has worked through some problems with my prescription which ultimately was my fault in a kind and respectful manner.

The Pa Sarah was very kind & professional. She explained everything very clearly and made me feel comfortable when she did a biopsy. Calling me with the results as soon as she had it. She will continue to follow up with me about my Warfins tumor to see if there's any changes. I completely trust MD Anderson for my care.
