From the time that I checked in, to the the time I left. Every staff member and professional associate treats you like your at home. This place is a little piece of heaven. When you come to this place, you know you are in good hands. And especially when they pray every morning at 8 am to start the day. I loved that!

There is a process for every step when you get there. It may take a little more time, but it is precise, timely and questions get answers. The nurses, P.A. and the physician are phenomenal and put you at ease and that is great when you are facing a troubling time and diagnosis.

Dr [last name] is the best! her pa helped me and she was fabulous too. The facility is amazing. the view in the waiting room is breathtaking! The girl that does your weight and blood pressure was so kind, sweet and nice too! Thanks team!

Pleasant & experienced PA. Explained everything about my treatment, answered all my questions, really made me feel cared for and was compassionate. I am always amazed at how coordinated, prompt, organized, knowledgeable, comprehensive, attentive, kind and warm-hearted everyone with Baptist M.D. Anderson is. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me and my treatment.

They are very attentive to questions posted through My Chart portal and respond quickly. And Dr. Smith is wonderful! His skill, knowledge and bedside manner is above and beyond! I also feel very well cared for and all my questions and concerns are always thoroughly addressed by him and his caring staff!
