There was some mix up on telephone regarding my lab work. However, upon entering facility, my fears were immediately dissolved. Staff were super professional, kind, personable and very friendly! I cannot recall anyone answering ALL my questions or concerns in a manner that I really did understand what was being said!!! I felt reassured that no matter what happened everything was going to be alright.

All the staff was courteous and attentive, the waiting was minimal also. The facility was extremely clean and it had a clean smell inside the building. The best part I think was the immediate referral and appointment set-up after the visit, so no time wasted by me and it was done for you by the staff, a great place. I been at the Mayo clinic and this is just as good as Mayo in the areas I mentioned.
