It was quick and informative. I received news that I would be scoped about once per year between my two Oncology Physicians. I believe my appointment was @ 08:30. I was eating breakfast at Hardee's by 09:30.

The whole experience was wonderful. The welcome and meeting the Patient Financial Advocate, Sondra [last name] was assuring that my questions would be answered promptly and correctly. The care team was very knowledgeable and supportive. Dr Mayland was very nice, professional and made me feel that she cared about me. She offered me options and supported my decision for future care. Andrew PA, was caring and checked to see if i was fine and answered all of my questions. This is a much different experience than i have had at other local hospitals. As I was leaving my hands were full and the young lady who checked me out came around her work station, went to and opened the door for me .Very nice.
