Recent experience was follow-up to a recent procedure. Dr. Smith was clear and thorough in his evaluation and recommendations. The labs performed by MLA [last name] were professional, using the highest standard of care.

Very accommodating. I was able to schedule all 3 appointments on the same day to avoid the long drive multiple times in one week. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr Smith explained everything to me is detail and took the additional time to answer all questions that my husband and I had. The staff in the CT area talked me thru each step during both scans. The pace nurse was very informative.

I entered the facility instantly greeted and shown where I should be for financial services. Yolanda from Financial services was extremely nice easy to work with, and walked us upstairs to the Oncology Dr office. I applause your thinking of little things, that make a big difference to your patience. During this challenging time it is nice to have people do a bit extra for tour patients. Dr clearly explained diagnosis, but is referring to hematology oncologist for treatment and recommendations. Overall my dealings with Baptist have been very positive with exceptional people standing out. Keep it up, I wish all medical facilities would learn this type of customer service, care, and empathy.
