Dr Smith and his team are amazing and have great compassion during treatment. Dr Smith is great communicator. Calls and reviews each procedure over the phone. Takes the time to explain procedure. First, the facilities (both downtown and Fleming Island) are well designed, comfortable and relaxing. My medical team stays on top of my care needs without missing a step! And all are friendly and caring down to the smallest detail.

Very coordinated visit with all the assistants and doctor Smith. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. They explained what to expect , procedures, time frames and other testing that will need to be completed before the surgery. They have also been very accommodating in getting my appointments scheduled in a timely manner because of my change in current issues. I feel very confident with them.
