I loved everything about Jennifer Kemps. She was kind, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and excellent at both listening and explaining. She came to the appointment well prepared, having already reviewed my health records and family history (this was my first visit). She treated me as an individual and her thinking about a treatment approach was nuanced, not rote. She personifies everything that is good in a medical professional.

The provider took time to explain my options in case my condition became worse. He also took time to warn me to be careful when I leave the building because of the bad weather in the parking lot..

Dr. Sutter is very knowledgeable and was willing to spend time to explain things to me. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get an appointment. Seems that Dr. Sutter is overbooked?

Dr Sutter saw me personally on short notice on his lunch hour in order to make sure I thoroughly understood the information he had for me instead of relaying this info. through a PA or NP or electronic message. That is outstanding care!

Jennifer Kemps was outstanding. This was my first visit, and she had reviewed my health records beforehand and knew my family history. She listened well, explained well, and came up with a plan of action that made sense to me and that I was comfortable with. She also spent adequate time with me and I did not feel rushed in any way. Finally, I appreciated her expertise, and her ability to be nuanced and treat me like an individual. I just loved her, really. Thank you for such a positive experience. I know I am in good hands, and trust is the best foundation for positive care.
