I thought I understood the plan that Dr. McCallister presented during our conversation and the visit summary I received agreed with our conversation but the actions followed did not. I was shocked to get the call that there had been a request for a test a year earlier than talked about

The doctor did not help me understand my procedure. The doctor did not give me a clear plan for completing the necessary testing. The scheduler did not help me with my special needs for appointments.

My doctor's office helped me get an appointment to see her. When I called Michigan Heart, I was told there were no appointments available through the end of October and I would be placed on a waiting list. I am grateful that Dr. Karnib was able to see me August 20!

I have seen numerous Doctor this past year following my heart surgery. I have seen doctors in Oklahoma and Michigan. Dr. Kenes is one of the best. I felt very comfortable talking to her, and she explained clearly the plan going forward.
