I also want to share a note of appreciation for Nurse Practitioner Monica Scarffe. She is incredibly kind and genuinely makes you feel well cared for during every visit. Monica takes the time to listen thoroughly, answers questions clearly, and never makes the appointment feel rushed. Her attentive and steady approach provides a lot of reassurance, and I really value having her on my care team.

She was great at making information very clear! However, I had to ask all the questions. Perhaps most patients don’t have as many questions, but I wish I could have a pamphlet or booklet to take home explaining the ablation procedure.

She really didn't ask me many questions. She had already read my chart before entering the room, which, is good. At the same time I felt she was a little quick with me. After waiting 30 minutes past appointment time she spent maybe 10 minutes with me.

Ms. Winkler met with me very soon after I was re-located to a treatment room. She demonstrated an understanding of my medical history and current situation. I felt very comfortable discussing my upcoming medical procedure with her. I felt more confident of the outcome of my procedure based on the poise and confidence she demonstrated throughout our meeting.

Since this is all the first time in new to me, I fully expected to be very anxious and overwhelmed, Mary set me at ease right away and made my visit very pleasant and informative.

Left the appointment feeling looked down on for my sedentary lifestyle and feeling extremely dismissed regarding my concerns. It felt like she tried to attribute my issues to my anxiety, which makes me feel like a nut case and unbelieved. She also said that my issue wasn't as severe as I was thinking it was, just because I haven't fully passed out in 2 years, despite my explaining that I've had this condition for ten years, so I can catch myself from passing out, but my symptoms have gotten more frequent. The only reason she gets two stars instead of one is that she explained herself thoroughly and clearly and did her due diligence by ordering a heart monitor.

I gave Ms. Winkler a 9 because by definition their can only be one "best" and that is Dr. Quereshi of course. This doesn't mean that I wasn't perfectly happy and satisfied with Ms. Winkler.
