Dr. Gao referred me to Dr. Andrew Hughey for a consultation on a Watchman Implant which she is not currently able to provide. I appreciated that she offered me a solution that was available at Michigan Heart Institute but not within her expertise.

I have doctored with Michigan Heart, Ypsilanti, for almost 10-years. I switched to Dr. McCallister as my Cardiologist for good reasons. It was most definitely the right thing to do.

First time visiting a cardiologist. Nurse Cheryl was welcoming and made me feel relaxed. Dr Karnib was thorough and explained why she would like some blood tests and procedures in the future. I asked her about diet and exercise and we discussed her suggestions. Dr Karnib is a warm, friendly and caring person.
