Communication between ZACH and the person who does the scheduling was excellent. It was complicated, but it was very well handled and I feel I have a very good plan

PA Chirdon was excellent to talk to and a pleasure to meet. He listened to me and even took a test based on my conversation about readings on my kardia mobile. Unfortunately for me, not all the news was roses and sunshine but laid out a plan on how we were going to deal with it. All I could ask for.

After hearing my concerns about the process, Mr. Chirdon said the he would contact me when the August followup holter monitor results are available.

Very thorough and knew what needed to be done. My only concern is that he has to verify the treatment plan with the physician who was not in the office. I have to wait for him to call me before anything can be done to treat my a.fib.
