Left the appointment feeling looked down on for my sedentary lifestyle and feeling extremely dismissed regarding my concerns. It felt like she tried to attribute my issues to my anxiety, which makes me feel like a nut case and unbelieved. She also said that my issue wasn't as severe as I was thinking it was, just because I haven't fully passed out in 2 years, despite my explaining that I've had this condition for ten years, so I can catch myself from passing out, but my symptoms have gotten more frequent. The only reason she gets two stars instead of one is that she explained herself thoroughly and clearly and did her due diligence by ordering a heart monitor.

I felt like I was being dismissed and that my concerns were not being heard. I also felt like Kemps did not believe my concerns or take them seriously. After the appointment I was left feeling extremely bad about myself and like Jennifer Kemps saw me and treated me as a nut case rather than having real issues that need to be addressed.

Jennifer Kemps was OUTSTANDING! She reviewed my past medical information . Upcoming additional tests were covered and the reason for them. Then we discussed why my issues happened. My Wife provided my medical issues just prior to my hospitalization that were not in included in written records. This additional info resulted in Jennifer Kemps being able to provide a likely reason why I had the initial symptom that resulted in my admittance to the hospital. We are looking forward to our next appointment in 3 -4 months with Jennifer Kemps.
