Kind,caring,professional,explains to pts about a fib in depth so pt able to understand diagnosis better,she is an exemplary representative of trinity health. Also the medical assistant,was on the same level,10 out of 10,for both of them.

Madison was a joy to be seen by. She explained everything was courteous and professional. She put me at ease and spoke to what she was doing at each step. i would have no issues seeing her again for any Cardio appointments.

Madison was a very pleasant, smiling, engaging individual. In the small visit room we were in, perhaps you could mention to Madison to speak a bit quieter. I am not HOH by any means, and conversation was loud....

She didn’t really connect with me. Whether it was because it was a Friday before Labor Day or under a time crunch. I don’t think she paid attention to me personally. I don’t expect to get invited to the bar for a beer but listen and show some empathy. I also didn’t hear about my blood test results from her and was surprised when an EKG wasn’t done. It wasn’t a bad appointment just a little disappointed.
