This was our first visit to BAPTIST HEART SPECIALISTS NORTH OFFICE. We arrived early and were greeted by a friendly, smiling receptionist. She was very understanding and patient with us as we signed the necessary forms for my husband (who suffers with Dementia). Once in the back, T and Meghan were just as patient and kind as they administered the EKG and checked my husband's Pacemaker device. Then Pam went over the results of his 6-month checkup and finally we saw Dr. [last name] who confirmed everything and said he's good for another 6 months! The office and patient room was very clean. We actually enjoyed our visit and did not feel rushed at all. We liked that the facility is also closer to our home, so we transferred his next Coumadin checkup from Fernandina to the NORTH facility! Less traffic is a plus!!!

To me in my very own experience, it is wonderful, excellent service. My APRN Hickman was great, friendly yet professional. Since it was a follow up visit, my health concerns were addressed and will be monitored carefully for any changes. I was pleased with overall quality of service provided to me. All of my care team were highly praised and I am honored for their thoughtfulness and an amazing care. Just the respect and courtesy to greet me was already calming. From front desk staffs, to my excellent and wonderful Coumadin nurse Ms. Laina, to my PCT, my APRN Hickman, who was the heart of a doctor and to my handsome and beyond thoughtful, caring, great EPCardiologist Dr. [last name]. I'm satisfied and grateful for them because I was prioritized and valued. And that golden behavior of caring team contributes to a good health.
