To me in my very own experience, it is wonderful, excellent service. My APRN Hickman was great, friendly yet professional. Since it was a follow up visit, my health concerns were addressed and will be monitored carefully for any changes. I was pleased with overall quality of service provided to me. All of my care team were highly praised and I am honored for their thoughtfulness and an amazing care. Just the respect and courtesy to greet me was already calming. From front desk staffs, to my excellent and wonderful Coumadin nurse Ms. Laina, to my PCT, my APRN Hickman, who was the heart of a doctor and to my handsome and beyond thoughtful, caring, great EPCardiologist Dr. [last name]. I'm satisfied and grateful for them because I was prioritized and valued. And that golden behavior of caring team contributes to a good health. Communicating with the patient is a great strength of this group. They are very responsive in answering questions when using the Baptist MyChart portal. While it is not like the old days when you could call your doctor and actually speak with them, being able to get fairly quick responses from the office is a big plus in this day and age.

Not only are the doctors experts in their field, they have a support staff that is outstanding as well. Their communication skills with patients are outstanding. We have also received answers to any issues, be it patient portal or the on-call doctor, in very timely manner.
