Heather did a very good job. There seems to be a problem however in maintaining and adequate MD employment. Had a couple of appointments canceled due to turnover or lack of MD's. Wanted MD in MyPleasant but none available.. Had to get one in Alma

This was my first time seeing her and I can't tell you how comfortable I was. I was nervous about it because you never know if you're going to be taken seriously but she was amazing. She made sure any questions she had about my medical history were answered before we even talked about why I was there that day. I appreciated it because it led to me scheduling several things I needed to get done. She is great, that's what I'd tell my family and friends.

Even when the practice is swamped with patients, the staff (PA, nurses, reception, lab) is professional, courteous, competent and personable. Thank you for working hard and providing excellent care and referrals when necessary.
