Jamie Walderzak, P.A.-C.
Durring a office visit for an unrelated issue, and after thorough question and answering-Jamie had concerns. She ordered an immediate test that shown a very concerning health risk we would never had known about otherwise.
We were able to take action and hopefully correct the issue. I dred the thought of the outcome if this risk was not found.

Heather is, & always has been very focused my concerns. I talk, she listens intently. Then our conversation begins. She explains everything to me. She feels like family to me. She has helped me so much. If I need medical help, I’m so happy to see her. I tell everyone about her. I would recommend her!

I would like to be in the practice of Heather Williams, I trust her medical knowledge and feel confident that if she felt that I should be referred to someone else, she would do that. It has been beyond stressful having serious medical issues that I could not get an appointment with anyone. I tried to follow up with Heather Williams but after trying Mt. Pleasant, Clare, Alma, and Midland locations learning that currently that is not a possibility. So on one hand ignoring medical symptoms or try to get anyone for an appointment has been very difficult. I am but not the only patient who feels left out, between my Ex- drugstore Walgreens and shuffling to get competent medical care— I just have been pushed into a corner of concerns versus ignoring my health. Recently I was able to see Heather Williams and ask health questions, which puts me back in hope.!

It was my first appointment with Katherine Tasson and I was very disappointed I waited 5 months for the appointment and she told me she didn't have time to see me to come over everything. I'm already seeking another primary provider. It's not my fault that they keep changing my provider and I had to wait 5 months to get in there through blood clots and through back surgery and then to be told I didn't have enough time to review everything choose one was [removed profanity].
