Heather Williams was very professional and I immediately recognized her professionalism. She listened well to my problems and typed them into my record. In listening to my course of treatment she explained to me what the next steps to help me were, and why they would help in a short time frame which I have been facing. I received very complete results in My Chart which I really appreciated, and I even received a following up call from a representative of Heather about my Lab results! As a long-time patient since the opening of the Mid Michigan facility in Mt. Pleasant, I have had very good health care and Heather Williams was a great additional representative for My Michigan Health!

Dr. V is the best Dr. I've ever had. I'm [AGE] years old and she is always so nice . She comes into the room with a smile on her face that I look forward to. And She listens!! That's important to me. I always know I'm getting true answers and in a way that shows comfort and respect. I would not trade her for any other Dr.

Dr. V is such a wonderful Dr. She listens and addresses the question so well. She also has a great sense of humor. She addresses the problem and has concern about my mental health too. I feel good when I leave. That matters!

This is a good family doctor and understands the basics of life. He will also recommend specialists if there is something that he feels he doesnt have the expertise that you deserve, but he will explain every thing to the best of his ability and provide the best care he can, every time.

My entire family sees Dr. Kate Tassen and I wouldn't have it any other way. She and her staff are hands down amazing!! They actually listen to you and any concerns that you may have. They treat you like a individual person not a number,unlike many other facilities. It is my opinion that other doctors should take note on how this office runs and how it treats it's patients. Seriously!! In addition to the above comments pertaining to care any tests/prescriptions that a ran or prescribed are for functional and intentional purposes, not for a kick back from the pharma.
