Heather is terrific. I appreciate that she listens carefully and takes the time to understand my concerns. Clearly she reads my medical records carefully to understand the broader context of whatever would bring me in to see her for a particular visit. She’s highly knowledgeable. I trust her greatly and appreciate very much her care and support of my health.

I would tell friends that he is affiliated with MyMichigan and never have outpatient radiology done through them because of ARS delays. He is knowledgeable and understands how to use Epic and explain in a way I understood. I was disappointed he would not refer me to dermatology for a preventative body scan but offered a scan with a magnifying glass at a later date. I will continue to go downstate for specialist care.

My doctor is very thorough during visits. I get routine checks on bloodwork and tests for heart. She checks my records and On-line Information to provide answers to my questions and concerns and is patient when I don’t agree or understand recommendations, medication or test results.

I'm grateful to have been seen by Heather Williams. When I found out she was a "floater", I was so disappointed. I thought I had found a doctor who "heard" me, even though I'm a [AGE] year old woman. She took time to listen as I shared my concerns and frustrations, ordered lab work and a scan to get information to, hopefully, solve issues and/or make a plan. I wanted a follow-up appointment to review results, etc. It was a bit of a struggle to schedule an appointment because Heather is a "floater", but it was important to me to follow through with the results and a plan. Heather took the time to connect me with other resources to support the plan. I so wish Heather could be my care provider!

Dr Decastro is very knowledgeable about my conditions. He's helped me prepare for my upcoming Hip Surgery, [DATE]. Dr. DeCastro helped me arrive at an A1C acceptable to the Surgeon. I am thankful for his expertise and support he gives me. Also, I find humorous to help me feel welcome and relaxed 😌 I
