The first time I met her I was put off, but since then she has proven to be wonderful in helping me reach my medical goals. She was polite, made me feel comfortable, & showed genuine care. She helped me get things I needed for being diabetic that nobody else has. I appreciate her care, kindness, & professionalism.

Heather was filling in and that is how I got her. I think she is empathetic, asked Good questions and listen to the answers. She asked questions and listened to answers. I was impressed with her medical abilities and would certainly recommend her to anyone. I would like to follow up with her on the current medical situation. Is she going to be available at the mt pleasant office?

Great staff, especially Danielle, she has always been so so helpful. Heather Williams who I have now met twice has been very helpful, listens to my issues and offers calm precise recommendations.

I got a last minute sick visit b/c my primary was unavailable. I had been to the walk in clinic twice and was still feeling very ill and had not slept due to a cough in over a week. When Heather entered the room, she didn't introduce herself or ask me what she could help me with, she started telling me about how her son was sick with a cold and had a bad cough and was miserable too and that he had said crying to her when he would feel better. She said he told her he had to just ride it out. It was clear from the beginning that she was speaking to me like I was a child, like her son. When I went to grab by purse to then leave, she said, "don't you even want me to examine you?" She checked my lungs, but nothing else. She was rude and condescending to me the entire visit and I told her I did not appreciate it. I asked for something else to help receive my cough and when I got to the pharmacy, she had not given me anything for my cough, but for nausea and vomiting.

I am most grateful for Mount Pleasant MyMichigan Urgent Care. All of the providers I have encountered there have been knowledgeable, helpful, kind and listened carefully. Heather Wiliams is an excellent addition to this team.

Took my mom to see Heather W as her regular PA was unavailable for an urgent care need. We were very lucky to get in to see her for the new diagnosis of CHF. She diagnosed it and put her on a diuretic that controlled hers s/s very well We saw her again for f/u two weeks later and she again was wonderful and patient w my elderly mother. Too notch care!!!

Yes, this was a great experience!! We arrived and were brought back into the office in less than one minute after turning in our check in paperwork. Each staff member was SO NICE and helpful! The front desk attendant was quick, our nurse was so thoughtful and knowledgeable, our doctor was patient and really listened to my concerns, even the nurse who was not a part of our appointment was kind and helpful when my little one ran out of the bathroom without me. All in all, everyone was great and provided us care quickly, efficiently, and patiently. We will absolutely be back next time my daughter’s or my own doctor’s office is unavailable. Thank you!!

Overall what we came in for was visually diagnosed (pink eye) but would've liked to have not had to ask to have his ears and throat checked out while we were there just to make sure there wasn't another issue lingering in the background that hadn't flared up yet.
