My initial meeting with Ms. Williams was very thorough complete and highly professional. Answered all my questions alleviated a lot of my fears and her diagnosis and supplicant help prove to be spot on to helping me. A star in the medical profession.

Heather Williams is in outstanding medical professional, as good as I seen in all the years I’ve been going to seek medical help. Thorough, attentive, scrutinizing all factors; knowledgeable, Patient, Reflective are some of the highlights of my Initial meeting with Ms. Williams. I am extremely fortunate to be under her care. I know with her I have the best I can get.

Heather Williams listened to my issues with compassion and desire to assist me. She realized my referral to a specialist might take a while so she did some procedures to relieve my pain as I await that appointment.

The receptionist and nurse were very kind, friendly & helpful. The nurse took care of cleaning the wax from my plugged ears, too. She did a great job. Ms. Williams did not spend much time at all in the room so very hard to rate her completely. Thank you

Mariah is very thoughtful, caring, listens carefully, extremely professional, knowledgeable. I prefer her for my acute needs.

Heather did a very good job. There seems to be a problem however in maintaining and adequate MD employment. Had a couple of appointments canceled due to turnover or lack of MD's. Wanted MD in MyPleasant but none available.. Had to get one in Alma

My experience with this medical professional was through the urgent care. I feel she was professionals, understanding and kind. My concern was taken seriously and I was given advice on the care once returning home. I would see the provider again if needed.

They made sure I got the help I needed, knowing the pain I had that day. She stressed the importance of knowing that she could only do so much for the pain I was in. So she suggest that I go to the ER. She was right. I appreciate her explaining that to me.

M first time seeing Heather Williams, she was awesome. Asked the right questions and really listened the answers. Worked with me and not at me. Questioned what I was able to do and what I couldn’t. She kept on top of all tests and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend her.

Heather and the nursing staff were excellent. I appreciated the way they listened to me and the care I received! There is a comment I would like to share concerning the office staff. When I walked in and approached the counter the woman working didn’t look up or acknowledge me. I then said, “I would like to see a doctor.” Without looking up at me at any time I was met with a curt, “Birthday? Last name?. Okay, you’re checked in.” I was shocked. I have never been treated so dismissively. I can only assume she was dealing with something that had nothing to do with me, and this was not the normal greeting to expect when visiting the walk-in clinic.
