They made sure I got the help I needed, knowing the pain I had that day. She stressed the importance of knowing that she could only do so much for the pain I was in. So she suggest that I go to the ER. She was right. I appreciate her explaining that to me.

M first time seeing Heather Williams, she was awesome. Asked the right questions and really listened the answers. Worked with me and not at me. Questioned what I was able to do and what I couldn’t. She kept on top of all tests and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend her.

It was the first time I had used a walk-in clinic. The staff was very professional, and the doctor was very good. Explained everything that I needed to know I left there filling confident in my care.

Heather and the nursing staff were excellent. I appreciated the way they listened to me and the care I received! There is a comment I would like to share concerning the office staff. When I walked in and approached the counter the woman working didn’t look up or acknowledge me. I then said, “I would like to see a doctor.” Without looking up at me at any time I was met with a curt, “Birthday? Last name?. Okay, you’re checked in.” I was shocked. I have never been treated so dismissively. I can only assume she was dealing with something that had nothing to do with me, and this was not the normal greeting to expect when visiting the walk-in clinic.

Catherine was great. The receptionists could use some work. And who thought it was/is a good idea for the people at reception to eat at their desk? So unprofessional and unsanitary. Plates of food sitting out. Don’t they have a break room? Or lunch room? It’s happened every time I’ve been in this facility.

was taken care of quickly. really listened to what i had to say and was treated. i ended up not having a uti. did what they recommended and felt better the next day. was very pleased that the service was so close to my home.

I stop in at the urgent care they took me right in and Cathy was fantastic. She took her time to explain & help me find dermatologist I could call even wrote everything down including there phone number
