Very professional and at the same time very friendly and knowledgeable of my health, Dr Butcher is an excellent doctor he cares and listens to what I have to say without rushing me. The staff is very nice and the lady that gives the blood work she's awesome also.

I have been going to Dr Butcher since I moved to Florida in 2001. He is absolutely the best doctor, he takes the time to listen to you explain things and he’s just a great human .He doesn’t rush you. He’s just amazing. I had to leave briefly for like a half a year because of the Blue Cross blue shield debacle, but once I got a new insurance United healthcare I was right back in his care. I also trust the BAPTIST system and whenever I have to use a hospital. It’s BAPTIST beaches hospital for me. I did have my hysterectomy at BAPTIST downtown and honestly did not have a very good experience. Ended up getting sepsis but as far as BAPTIST beaches and anything to do with Dr Butcher 10 stars for sure.!

The front desk personnel are very efficient, as were the Doctor's support staff. The phlebotomist drew blood before I was aware she had inserted the needle. Dr. Butcher was very personable and asked all the right questions. A very pleasant appointment.

There was nothing wrong with any part of my experience. I checked in and before I got to my chair I was called to the back to weigh in and shown to Dr. Butcher's exam room and my vitals were taken. Questions asked by the nurse in a very professional, experienced way. Very nice. Dr. Butcher was in to see me within minutes of her leaving. He was nice and professional and spent all the time necessary to get the exam done and all my blood work explained. Then we just talked about me with the doctor leading me to answering the questions required to ensure I was doing good. Actually enjoyed the visit. Go figure!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Been going to Dr. Butcher for 22 years. We started seeing him when we first moved to Jax in 05. I highly recommend this Dr and office if you are looking.
