Dr. Butcher is amazing! He listens to me carefully and asks pertinent questions to guide me in the right direction for my best care. The staff is always helpful and kind. I am always comfortable going to their office and know i will be treated well.

I am seen within a couple minutes of my appointment times. Dr. Butcher is knowledgeable and caring, and he makes sure that I see Specialists as needed. He always takes the time to review my history and test results, and answer any questions. Melissa, the nurse, is very kind. and helpful. The office staff is welcoming.

Online check-in is easy and it makes a process quicker. Dr butcher is great at explaining things to me when I have questions. He has a great bedside manner and I feel like he is really listening when I go over my ailments or ask questions about treatments.

I have been with this office since 1995. You don’t stay and drive a long way for appointments unless you really like your physician and the practice. They are competent and professional. They are also friendly and authentic. They all know their jobs and work well together as a team. It is easy to get and make appointments, they are timely, and the doctors and PA’s listen to you. They provide education, ask the right questions and explain the plan and reasons. I feel I can (and do) share everything with my physician, which is a critical part of receiving good care. They can’t help if you don’t communicate as a patient. I feel comfortable seeing any member of the team when my regular physician does not have availability. I don’t hesitate to call with questions or needs. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
