Dr. Waters is the best! He is an excellent physician, shows compassion, is attentive and is never dismissive of my questions or concerns. Donna, Dr. Waters nurse is a true gem. I can always count on her to follow up with a call, or portal message to check in on me, or to follow-up on doctor's orders. The phlebotomist is very skilled and blood drawns are virtually painless. The rest of the staff are kind, considerate and make me feel like I am not just another patient. I highly recommend and appreciate this team of professionals.

My nurse at Dr. Waters' office is fantastic! She is always kind and upbeat and a pleasure to work with. The check-in desk folks are extremely nice as well. Love the phlebotomist there and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Waters. I just hope none of them ever retire! I would recommend highly anyone who needs a fantastic primary care physician - Baptist Primary on Atlantic Boulevard is it!

The office seems to be run very well. If you fill out the information they need before getting to your appointment, there is no wait to get checked in. Dr. Waters is the best doctor that I know. He has been my doctor for over 30 years and has taken care of me better than any other doctor that I have had to deal with. He does not rush me during appointments, He explains things so that I can understand them. He always makes me feel good because I have seen him. At my last visit, he noticed that my ankles were swollen and I had forgotten about asking him about them. He did not hesitate to explain the reason for the swelling after asking me several questions and changed some medication that I was on to alleviate the swelling. I also think that his nurse, Patricia, is a big help to me when I come in for a visit. She is very knowledgeable about a lot of things. They both seem to work together well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is in need of seeing a good doctor.

Baptist primary care clinic on Atlantic Blvd is very clean. Well kept and inviting. Comfortable lobby clinic. Disabled parking is located right next to the front door which is very convenient. Baptist primary care physician, my family and I 's very own primary physician, Dr Michael Waters his colleagues and staffs such as nurses, PCTs, nurse practitioner, lab nurse and front desk staffs were excellent when it comes to delivering great services. Pleased and satisfied with wonderful care, thoughtfulness, compassion, kindness, professionalism, diplomatic behavior, politeness and courtesy of every towards me and my family. My health was and always prioritized and valued. Baptist primary care clinic harbor place is always a great clinic to be.
