It starts with the personable, cheerful front office and continues throughout your visit. Short to no wait times. Of course, the main reason for visiting this Baptist facility is the professional, knowledgeable practitioners. I have seen Dr. Waters and Maria [last name] and was impressed with the time spent with me. Answering all my questions and making informed recommendations for my health care journey! Everyone is pleasant and helpful, I never have to wait too long in the waiting room, and I really appreciate Dr. Waters. He is thorough and patient while going over issues, and aside from his medical knowledge, he is great about giving common sense advice and recommendations regarding specific situations.

There are many things I like about Baptist Primary Care at Harbour Place. Foremost is my doctor, Dr. Michael Waters. He has been my PCP for nearly 15 years and is a top-notch physician. He is never too busy to entertain my questions and shows that he cares very much about my well-being. I also must complement the phlebotomist in the office. She has a delicate touch with the needle and is almost always able to draw blood without even a trace of pain. Incredible! The office staff, as well, are excellent. You can tell that they care about each and every patient and show great courtesy and patience with even the most difficult of patients. I really have nothing negative to say about my experiences here and am thankful for all that they have done and continue to do for me.

Dr. Waters is attentive and doesn’t assume that you’re chasing narcotics. I’ve been seeing him for 15 years now. The staff is efficient and access to care is readily available on short notice. They are very responsive to questions through the portal.
