Clean, disabled parking located right at the entrance door. Well kept and organized. Comfortable temperature and easy to locate assigned room. Lab room is also at the clinic.

Correspondence is handled efficiently. Wait times for all but appointments are good. AANP’s handled “pop up” events well. Dr Waters is thorough, knowledgeable, and has a great “bedside manner. He has handled and given me good advise on several serious issues. I’ve been in the Baptist system for years in several different locations and hope Dr Mike is the one that rolls me out the door.

Dr. Michael Waters has been my primary doctor for many years. He is the most caring doctor you would ever find. He’s always so kind and always has time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His nurse, Patricia, is personable and makes you feel comfortable. I’m always been seen close to my appointment time and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Dr Waters us the best Dr that ever existed. Seriously! He ia the most compassionate Dr I have ever had. And I have moved a lot and had many. I drive 45 into see him and would not change Dr's unless I was forced to.
