Calls for appointments are completed easily Medical support staff communicates questions/concerns to doctor and respond timely. Dr Waters is great diagnostician, listens to his patients, is caring and gives treatment plans that work and referrals to good specialists. ARNP’s are also great.

Very clean, well kept, more rooms to maneuver in the lobby. Restroom is close by for convenience. Exam rooms were great. The facility location is farther from where we live but the respect and kindness of the staffs, the gentle lab nurse, his above and beyond courteous, polite, generous and helpful PCTs Ms Patricia, our wonderful physician Dr Waters who was and is caring, compassion, thoughtful,his excellent quality of service and professionalism. I would not change the BMC primary Healthcare facilities where my excellent care team be. I am grateful with the facility, and I treasure all care team who work in the facility.
