She can in to talk to me about my results. She sat down and treated me like I was a person not another patient.My daughter happen to call why I was in there. I asked if she could listen. She said no problem. She went back and explained the whole situation. Treated her like my daughter. Not just someone who irritated her to have repeat herself. Let my daughter in on what all had to be done. Great communication skills.

Basically the same thing I said in previous question. Therese Brandon is very easy to talk to and has an easy going personality. Thoroughly explained procedures I may or may not chose to have done. I left feeling like I was well informed and understood what would happen during these procedures and after.
