Dr Cook really cares. When I was refused a heart cath back in January by my insurance, Dr Cook went to bat and got the insurance company to change their mind.
Received an apology letter later from the insurance company.

Dr. Cook was very thorough, explained tests he ordered and gave me a choice as to treadmill or chemical stress test. Nice man.
