I am very new to heart problems and Heather has been extremely helpful. The most important thing is that she takes the time to carefully explain things and answer my questions. For the first time since engaging with Franciscan Cardiology, she makes me feel like a patient, rather than just a customer. The other advantage of working with Heather is that there is now consistency and continuity in my care that not only makes sense to me but is endorsed by my physician at IU Health. With Heather's highly professional help and guidance, I feel very confident about my prognosis. Heather has my sincerest thanks.
