All persons are very polite, helpful, and always cheerful. Dr. Valverde is extremely thorough, reviews test results, discusses varios options, and if meds are required, does an indepth check to ensure the med is what will potentially work. Always open for questions during and after the visit. For tests, will always advise her thoughts after reading them. Communication is not limited to visits. Her and her staff give very timely responses to messages.

Dr Storm is outstanding. He listens to what you say and is not an alarmist. He takes in all the data and properly diagnosis the issue and treatment plan. He doesn't just look at tests. He looks at the patient. Again - He listens.
His nurse, Sue, is very nice and efficient. Makes you feel comfortable and important. Not just another patient.
Front dest is extremely nice. They are the initial interface with the pratice and sets the tone for the visit. Always attentive and pleasant.

Dr. Mahinrad is the best Doctor that I have out of the 5 Doctors that I see routinely. She is very thorough, explains issues, and expresses true concern about my health and well being. She makes an effort to relate to my other Doctors', exchanging views and findings with them to keep all on board in looking after my health in all their disciplines.

The people, and the fact that it is only 5 minutes from my home! Haley Dr. Valverde's MA is fantastic. It's the staff that make the office, and of course the physician. It was not a good fit between Dr. [last name] and I, and I called the office and asked if I could change primary care doctors. There were no questions, I didn't have to say anything, they just made the change, and a couple of months later I had my annual Medicare visit. It was a good move and I really like her!
