My PCP, Dr. Storm, is always prepared for my visit and stays right on top of all my health care matters. He is exceptionally professional while also being able to treat me like I'm his only patient. The Staff there is also reflective of Dr. Storm's attributes and patient care.

The Staff are prepared for your coming and promptly do any needed paperwork. They are friendly and eager to help with any questions answered promptly and thoroughly. The Medical Assistant does her assigned work promptly and, again, thorough. Answers any basic questions you may have. Makes appropriate notes in your file for your Doctor. The Doctor is well prepared for your appointment. His examination is thorough and he asks any needed questions as he goes along. Makes appropriate comments as he keeps you informed of all the exams/results. Makes any needed plans and follow ups, giving instructions as needed. He summarizes and you have a last opportunity to go over/discuss any aspect of this visit. He confirms your medicine supply is OK and, as necessary, takes care of any need. Gets any adjustments taken care of. There are no loose ends at the end of your visit.
