Dr. Valverde is the best! She sees my adult son with special needs. He can be oppositional but with her he does whatever she asks. She is attentive, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office staff are great as well.

Dr Valverde far exceeded my expectations. My appointment was to establish her as my new primary doctor. She took lots of time reviewing my medical history as well current condition then made recommendations on follow up tests based upon my age and health. She presented as having a very no nonsense, common sense approach to healthcare which is refreshing and appreciated.

The office staff was very courteous. As a new patient, I felt welcomed to the practice. The medical staff was very efficient in getting me situated ready for my appointment with the doctor. The doctor reviewed my medical history and made some adjustments to my medications. The doctor followed up as I adjusted to a new drug. I was contacted following my appointment to see how I was tolerating the new medication and adjustments were made. My whole experience so far has been outstanding.

Everyone was extremely friendly and kind!
The receptionists were excellent, I was greeted and welcomed, with smiles. The nurse who took me back
to the exam room was very kind, she smiled and was so personable. I absolutely LOVE Dr Valverde!!!! She was patient, happy, welcoming, understanding, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough!!! She took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all!!!
I had a fantastic experience! Please tell all of your office staff and Dr V to keep doing everything the same!! It is so refreshing to have such a pleasant experience at my office visit. I've had such negative experiences in the past. Thank you!!

I feel that Dr. Valverde actually took the time to HEAR what I have been saying for well over a year.My last Primary care Dr. did NOT appear to actually listen. just a pat on the shoulder and a "well you are getting older, just deal with it. ( back pain)
