All persons are very polite, helpful, and always cheerful. Dr. Valverde is extremely thorough, reviews test results, discusses varios options, and if meds are required, does an indepth check to ensure the med is what will potentially work. Always open for questions during and after the visit. For tests, will always advise her thoughts after reading them. Communication is not limited to visits. Her and her staff give very timely responses to messages.

The people, and the fact that it is only 5 minutes from my home! Haley Dr. Valverde's MA is fantastic. It's the staff that make the office, and of course the physician. It was not a good fit between Dr. [last name] and I, and I called the office and asked if I could change primary care doctors. There were no questions, I didn't have to say anything, they just made the change, and a couple of months later I had my annual Medicare visit. It was a good move and I really like her!

Dr. Valverde is so wonderful! She listens so carefully and explains every recommendation. Office staff is great. My Baptist Chart is great asset!

I especially like Dr. Valverde and her nurse. They are both professional, competent and caring. The staff are competent and courteous. The office is convenient to my residence but also affords me the convenience of virtual access. The website is very user friendly and that is important to me.

Dr. Anderson and Terry, were so awesome, very professional. Again Dr. Anderson and what she told me to do. She was better than any doctor at Mayo.
She knew exactly what to do.

Pretty much everything. (comparison to the very many I visit on a regular basis). The environment, the friendliness of the office staff, cleanliness, the doctor has a professional appearance and does not rush even the medicare visit (which is mostly determined). She is knowledgeable and has a distinct interest in me her patient. I am very happy with this practice. Highly recommended!
