The front office staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Dr. Valverde is easy to talk to. She listens to what is being said first and then asks questions. Explains everything especially by using everyday words not just medical terms. She answers all my questions and never makes me feel like I have a time limit. I recommend her all the time to friends.

Dr. Tiffany Valverde reviews my record and test results before I see her. She spends quality time with me and listens to what I have to say. She offers me viable options and explains the pros and cons of those options. Not only is she professional with me, she is highly regarded by other physicians and was recommended to me by my previous GP who was relocating.
The supporting staff in the office is polite, cheerful, and efficient. They go out of their way to be helpful and always make me feel like I am valued.

Dr Valverde, My 1st office (new patient) appointment. Dr Valverde Anderson was very attentive. Reviewed all medications and offered advice as needed. Ordered needed lab work, ordered prescription refills, set up wellness visit.
