All persons are very polite, helpful, and always cheerful. Dr. Valverde is extremely thorough, reviews test results, discusses varios options, and if meds are required, does an indepth check to ensure the med is what will potentially work. Always open for questions during and after the visit. For tests, will always advise her thoughts after reading them. Communication is not limited to visits. Her and her staff give very timely responses to messages.

The people, and the fact that it is only 5 minutes from my home! Haley Dr. Valverde's MA is fantastic. It's the staff that make the office, and of course the physician. It was not a good fit between Dr. [last name] and I, and I called the office and asked if I could change primary care doctors. There were no questions, I didn't have to say anything, they just made the change, and a couple of months later I had my annual Medicare visit. It was a good move and I really like her!

Dr. Valverde is so wonderful! She listens so carefully and explains every recommendation. Office staff is great. My Baptist Chart is great asset!
