The staff are very efficient and friendly. My provider, Dian Trent, is wonderful. I would never consider switching to a different primary. Dian listens, has tons of experience, & has consistently provided excellent care for many years.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely customer centric and extremely friendly. Jessica, my lab technician, was as equally friendly, highly skilled and a great conversation list as she was drawing my labs. Every time I visit this place it gives me a reason to come back, even though it’s a blood draw and a needle stick… Incredible staff at Baptist.
