I like that Dr. Tran takes the time to listen to my concerns, and addresses them in a VERY timely manner. That means he either addresses them at the time I express my concerns or refers me to someone who can.

Even though the doc was running late, he takes the time to go with you over everything and explains and clarifies what he is doing. I didn't mind the wait. Also, they came and kept me abreast of the wait. Nice staff and patient doc.

I have always had a good experience in the 3 years I???ve been coming there- friendly staff, wonderful facilities, Dr Tran spends as much time as needed for every appointment and I have also been pleased with the telephone appointments.

The doctor was 30minutes late getting back from his lunch for our appointment. He never checked my mothers neck when she told him of the neck pain she had for over 4 weeks. He just told her she was pain intolerant. He was more interested in just talking.

To start with, the grace and demeanor of the first line persons. They smile and welcome you with a very pleasant spirit. Then inside the other professionals ask questions the easy way and create a relaxing atmosphere before meeting the actual doctors. Finally, the doctors enter the room , introduce themselves and are easing going with the question and listen actively to your problems and concerns and they find and give you real solutions to real problems.
