This is a great program for short term therapy. The process was explained to me in depth when making my appointment and again during my initial visit. Catherine Williams was wonderful. I think it is fantastic that Baptist South offers such a program.

Very informative and professional. My therapist really listened to me and she cared. She checked up on me after my surgery and spent 6 months with me until I was able to use the tools she gave me in my every day life.

Dr Solari is very professional, asks very good questions in a very gentle way. He listens and then asks more questions to help me with skills to help me with my anxiety and worry. He’s an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. His staff is very friendly and helpful.
