I find it to be very helpful when meeting with my therapist and my psychiatrist. I have I have been dealing with depression for a long time and I’m starting a pattern roller coaster, see improvement.

Kayla Woodle has changed my life. I have never liked therapy and she approached it in a way that makes it not only bearable but beneficial to my overall wellbeing and life. Keep people like her on staff; she cares which is why she has made a difference.

This is a great program for short term therapy. The process was explained to me in depth when making my appointment and again during my initial visit. Catherine Williams was wonderful. I think it is fantastic that Baptist South offers such a program.
