The therapist was very welcoming and open to a variety of conversations. She was patient and understanding. She was a wealth of knowledge and adept at reframing the circumstances to help me understand various approaches to mitigating my issues.
If I ever need this program again I won’t hesitate to request it.

I'm on a virtual call only. The convenience of my home helps me to be able to discuss a lot. My therapist is very easy to connect with and yet makes me think about my issues.
