I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren Papalas, LCSW at Baptist Behavioral Health in Jacksonville, FL. She has been incredibly supportive, compassionate and truly invested in my well-being since the day I first met her. She listens with genuine care, never rushes our conversations, and always makes me feel heard and understood. Because of her guidance, expertise, and kindness, I've experienced tremendous improvement in my mental health. She provides clear explanations, thoughtful insight and practical tools that have made a real difference in my daily life. I am deeply grateful for everything Lauren has done for me. She is an exceptional therapist and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful, compassionate and effective care.

The people there are very professional and their behavior and very kind as well. It’s easy to get to the facility and the parking is also easy and plentiful. My therapist is professional and yet very kind and thoughtful as well.

The office is in a convenient location and easy to access. The office is comfortable. The staff is wonderful and efficient. Dr. Lauren is understanding and very knowledgeable. She is easy to talk with and has a special gift and a caring way about her. Dr Lauren is very intelligent as well as very intuitive. She is a pleasure to work with and is an asset to the organization. I highly recommend Baptist Behavioral Health.

My therapist Lauren has been so helpful to me in working through some serious family issues. She has a gentle yet challenging approach with me. I do not receive answers to my questions from her. Lauren allows me to explore options through her suggestions. In the beginning, I was unsure of working with a counselor who is so young. But Lauren is wise and experienced beyond her chronological age! What a blessing she has been to me!

The first appt was outstanding. I left the office feeling there was definitely hope for the possibility Of finding positive ways to manage stress and depression. My counselor was very easy for me to be open with and share issues that are challenging for me.
