It is always good to talk and have someone who has no predudice in your situation. Talk to them and listen to their reaction and opinion in the situation. Educated advice is something to add to your thoughts and balance with your thoughts to help guide you in your OWN decisions .

My therapist, Jim, has been big help in tackling my anxiety problems. I have really enjoyed engaging in conversations about my fears and beliefs to help relieve some of the pressure in my life since retirement. I would recommend him to anyone struggling to cope with thier life.

From the very first contact with this department, the staff was friendly and welcoming! That has continued, and now working with the therapist, Dr. Solari it has continued! Thank you to Dr. Solari for attentively listening/hearing AND asking the tough questions that have helped me work on the issues that I came to therapy to deal with. His sense of humor and mutual sharing of experiences have been very helpful too letting me know that I'm not alone in my concerns or feelings about various challenges. Thank you!

Location is not terribly convenient for me, but talking with “Dr Jim” has been worth the trip. He listens and provides honest helpful feedback. It’s like talking with a friend you know you can trust when struggling with personal relationship issues. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Making an appointment was easy and surprisingly quick. Insurance issues were covered and explained thoroughly. All contacts for appt were respectful, friendly and helpful. The office and waiting area was calm, nicely appointed and maintained. Dr Solari was kind, attentive and able to fit together some pieces of my emotional puzzle even in the first, evaluation/in-take session. Rather than resisting the next session with him, I'm looking forward to it!

Extremely clean, therapist are compassionate, Although my choice for medical/mental providers are female, as soon as I got in his office I felt very much at ease...thank you Baptist for the providers under your umbrella...It is great to have all my records housed in one system, easily accessible to my Baptist doctors as well as to myself thru My Baptist Chart.

1. My therapist has been extremely helpful in helping me work through my problems. As one might expect from a therapist, he listens well, but also will express emotions that are really my emotions but I have not allowed myself to feel them, and thus it has given me permission to own them. He has been a good guide to helping me make my own conclusions about how to go forward with some issues in my life. 2. The scheduling and communication system is excellent. I love MyBaptistChart.
