My counselor, Jim Solari, is amazing. I always look forward to my appointments with him. He has a wonderful way of communicating and before I know it, I’m taking about something that I might not have realized was troubling me. And last, but not least, he has an incredible sense of humor, which makes me relaxed and more comfortable in sharing my problems.

I appreciated how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment with a counselor. I like the CoCM as it has great lines of communication between my PCP, the counselor, a Psychiatrist, and myself. I’m hopeful this model and practice will be helpful to lead me to better mental health.

Thank you for having a whole team of staff who are friendly and welcoming to BH services. I found front office staff helpful and patient. This makes a new patient feel not only welcomed, but not judged for mental health issues. Dr. Solari was a superb listener, tuned in to nuances, and with a delightful sense of humor which softened the edges to honest, yet caring observations that he had. Dr. Solari had some pragmatic tools for me to use and some thought provoking ideas for me to consider with the circumstances I face. He's a true asset to BH services and I've told my primary doctor what a GREAT experience I had with his counseling. Again, thanks for having a really fine professional to serve your patients.

Thank you to the Behavioral Health team starting first with the reception folks who set the tone for warmth and caring, with a feeling of acceptance, not judgement, when you walk into their office area. Secondly, thanks also to Dr. Jim Solari for the same as above WITH laser focus and rapt attention to his patient's life story and pain. Dr. Solari uses gentle humor and some of his own life experiences to illustrate his true understanding of his patient's challenges. And also he has a strong belief in the possibility for change and re-balancing, no matter what the challenge, problem or the person's age!! I wish everyone had a therapist like Dr. Solari working with them to mirror back to them their value, worth and right to have an honored, positive and special place in this world.
