Absolutely no wait time. Catherine was welcoming and made me feel safe. I had never been in therapy before and was very nervous, but Catherine made it easy to share. Her ability to help me dig deep was spot on. She was able to pinpoint emotions that needed to come up and out. She was empathetic and kind. I would not hesitate to see her again if the need arises.
