It is so convenient that primary dr can just reach out to CCM for assistance. In the past it was so difficult to obtain mental health help from Baptist. Since the CCM program has been established it is so much easier. Therapist I have is amazing.

The therapist was very welcoming and open to a variety of conversations. She was patient and understanding. She was a wealth of knowledge and adept at reframing the circumstances to help me understand various approaches to mitigating my issues. If I ever need this program again I won’t hesitate to request it.

I think its a great program. I clicked with Holly immediately and our sessions are more conversations. she is easy to talk with and offers suggestions. Not sure what I'd say needs improving, I think its a good program. No problems with scheduling sessions. Occasionally, issues with the zoom call but we figure it out

The Care provider was very attentive to my needs. Asked questions that got me thinking. Although I am well aware of what needs to be done to resolve my issues, the provider suggested I continue to meet with her to talk things out with an outside resource rather than with my inside family and friends who can only do so much and not always attentive to my needs.
