The receptionist was very welcoming, I had done the online check in so I was ready to o. I didn’t have a long wait and saw my new physician after vitals were taken. Dr Nunes is a breath of fresh air, she listened to me, really listened.

The staff, Doctor Sanders, and the nurse practitioner all made me feel welcome! They listened to my concerns and made suggestions that were helpful. I will be doing the follow up MRI next week and look forward to going over the results at my next visit with Dr. Sanders!

The waiting area was comfortable and well organized. Short wait time to see doctor. Doctor answered all my questions and we had ample time to discuss my condition and look at other options than medications. Processed referrals to other medical professionals and scheduled follow up while I was still being seen.

Unlike many other medical portals, Baptist Neurology responds in a timely fashion to queries and comments.
I have opened 8 medical provider patient portals. Baptist portal is superior to all in construction and layout.
