I called to change an appointment and got to talk to an actual, pleasant, helpful human being. ( an unusual pleasure in these "A.I. "bot" days.
Also the office is pleasant, efficiant, and has a very positive vibe.
Even though I didn't get to see Dr. [last name] (who is a gem), I had a great discussion with her P/A.
I can tell you all really care about your patients.

I loved everything about my experience. The check-in person was very pleasant, the medical assistant was pleasant and professional and of course Dr. Pierre was very supportive, professional and engaging.

Dr. Sanders is the best. I’ve had several neurologists over the years, but without a doubt she is the best. She cares, listens, actually looks at me, and she cares enough to get to know me.
I had a virtual appointment and some MyChart correspondence with Danielle, your new nurse practitioner, and she is good, top. Staff is always nice. Offices clean.
I drive 160 miles each way and have to stay overnight in a hotel to see Dr. Sanders. That says it all. Thanks.

All of the employees were very professional and personable. Dr. Pierre had taken the time to review my file before the appointment. She really took the time to listen to me and to also explain what the tests showed. We worked together on the next steps. I am glad I was referred to her and look forward to continuing as her patient. I highly recommend Dr. Pierre and the entire office.
