Your staff are so supportive of patient needs. They are so efficient. They are always kind and professional. The office staff really are the backbone of a practice and the office staff really support the physicians and the patients in such a great way.

The front office staff is so pleasant and polite. The ladies always have a smile and are very patient with us older clients. Appointments generally run in time and an apology is offered if not. Dr. Shooliz is the best. I never feel rushed and he carefully answers my questions.

What i do like is that the moment you enter the office , the front office desk greet you with a big smile on their face , like last time that I went there , I was like one hour earlier then my appointment, so I asked Ms.Lisa and Ms. Kristen if there's any cafeteria close by ? and immediately they referred me to it and they grabbed a map to show me how to reach it and once my appointment was close Ms. Lisa called me by telling me that she's coming to help me back to their office because it was down pouring rain , I tell you what everybody ! That was an excellent customer service ! I felt really in a good hands and well taking care of ! And my doctor , Dr. Shooliz what should I say about him ! He's the most genuine and respectful person that I ever met ! ( I've been with him since almost 10 years now ) He's very dedicated and very passionate towards his work , honestly he knows what he's doing , he listens to you with compassion and support and goes over and beyond to make you feel good and cared of so I'm really happy that i find a place like your office , may God bless you all for your services and from the bottom of my heart i wish Dr. Shooliz and all his team a wonderful future filled with success and prosperity.

Dr Shooliz was great. He took the time to listen to my symptoms, and asked plenty of follow-up questions to be understand the reason for my visit. His explanations were detailed, and bedside manner were great!
