The waiting area was comfortable and well organized. Short wait time to see doctor. Doctor answered all my questions and we had ample time to discuss my condition and look at other options than medications. Processed referrals to other medical professionals and scheduled follow up while I was still being seen.

Unlike many other medical portals, Baptist Neurology responds in a timely fashion to queries and comments. I have opened 8 medical provider patient portals. Baptist portal is superior to all in construction and layout. Very impressive and professional staff at Baptist Beach Neurology Jacksonville Beach.

The Neurology Department at Beaches Baptist Hospital was located very conveniently to my home and the entire process from appointment to examination was handled efficiently and with care. Dr. Nunes spent a good amount of time with me and I felt very confident in her appraisal of my situation.

From the moment I entered Baptist Neurology, I was met by a member of the office staff who obtained my vitals and led me to an examination room prior to seeing a physician. My wait was about three minutes before Dr. Nunes entered the patient examination room, where she put me at ease, focused on why I was there, and explained what tests would be used to help with her diagnoses of any potential neurological problems. Through testing and in her professional opinion, Dr. Nunes proclaimed I was not experiencing any neurological erosion and recommended I return in a year for a follow-up examination. Check out went smoothly and I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Nunes did not talk at me; she talked to me, and found out who I am. She referred me to doctors; and she explained my condition to me. She read my chart thoroughly, and most of all, she followed up on the items as she promised. I felt hopeful after my visit.
