Everything! Checking in was very easy and I was greeted upon arrive. The wait time from start to finish was not too bad. The phlebotomist did an excellent job of drawing my blood (which is a challenge due to my veins). Dr. Bullock was attentive and addressed my concerns. Overall great experience

This new office is spacious with a large and comfortable waiting room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located near a shopping plaza where you can eat and/or shop before or after your appointment. They provide lab services which is very convenient for patients who need them.

The staff is quite professional and caring. They ask the right questions and I always feel like Leah Rose knows me well and whenever I have a problem, she expresses concern for my well being. I feel like the staff really cares about their patients. Very good follow up with the portal as well.
I also like that the blood tests are now done on site.

The professionalism of all staff members, nurses, and physicians. I love being able to complete my bloodwork in the same place and not having to use Quest. The receptionists are always curtious and helpful on the phone towards questions and concerns. You feel comfortable being in a doctors office, which you do not always find.
