I was a previous patient at a different Baptist Primary office, but after the last two providers left that I’d seen, they couldn’t get me in as soon as I needed. Baptist Beachwalk office with Dr. Willson’s staff and helpfulness was able to have me seen same day. I am very appreciative for their assistance.

iI liked the waiting room because it is roomy. the office is nice and clean. The people were all very friendly and knew how to take care of my business and Dr Willson was very nice to me and my daughter.

I really appreciated the front desk talking me through what was necessary with my insurance and how to change my PCP including what reference numbers to obtain. They went over and beyond to get me scheduled asap.

The office was very close, easy to find and a brand new building. The staff was friendly & helpful and the very minimal waiting for the dr. I also got my bloodwork done in the same spot so it was very convenient. A great visit all around..

Friendly staff. Well run office. If the situation requires an immediate appointment more likely than not I’m able to slip in within a few days. Dr Willson is able to patients at ease with his bedside manner.

The culture is completely opposite of Flagler. My impression is that folks work as a team with a common goal, more so than their own personal goals.
Dr. Willson was attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. I have been shopping for a PCP since I turned 65 in Oct 2024, and have decided to stay with him.
