Best phlebotomist ever! I wish I could remember her name. I don't like to watch the procedure but she completed the blood draw and I honestly didn't even realize she had started. She's a pro! Everyone is so kind in this office. My family has been patients of Dr. [last name] and Dr. Romero for several years, and we just love them and their staff!

When I arrive, the ladies at the front desk are pleasant and welcoming! You never have to wait very long before you go in. The staff is also very kind and they take the time to listen. I ABSOLUTELY love my physician, Dr. Romero. She hears what you are telling her and does all she can to make you better! Everyone I come in contact with is helpful, pleasant and professional.

Have been with this practice for many years and very happy. New location is great. Office is roomy and well organized. Staff is always professional and courteous. Love Dr Romero. She always takes her time and listens to my questions and concerns. She is very thorough as well. The portal is great and a helpful tool.

Friendly staff that is very helpful. I have white coat syndrome, my doctor Romero has the most beautiful Spanish accent. I love listening to her talk. It makes me feel that I am in a friendly place instead of the typical doctors office that makes me feel that I cannot wait to leave the office. I highly recommend dr. Romero and the office staff, if you want a pleasant doctor experience.

The Beachwalk office is the gold standard for primary care in my opinion, from the ease of making an appointment, to check-in, the clinical and administrative staff and Dr. Romero. Rachel is an amazing referral coordinator and Leah the office manager is the best office manager there is!
