Appointments are kept, front desk personnel are knowledgeable and friendly as are the physician's help, The nurses are extremely professional and efficient, Dr. Romero was my wife's primary care provider since we moved to the CR 210 corridor from Ponte Vedra. She helped my wife thru a 14-year battle with cancer by being caring, sympathetic, encouraging and always available for an unscheduled appointment. Dr. Romero has been my PCP for approximately 3 years, and I can't really express the gratitude I feel for how her compassion, understanding and expert medical care has helped me through the very difficult time since my wife's passing. I recommend Baptist Medical at Beachwalk and Dr, Romero 100%.

My son sustained a concussion in a wrestling meet. The athletic trainer at his school Bartram Trail High School determined he was concussed. The protocol is very specific. Within 24-72 hours you must see a doctor. Not a PA and not a nurse practitioner. We had already gone and called a bunch of walk in clinics (avecina, carespot) and there were no doctors for the foreseeable future. The ladies at the front desk said if we could be back at 7:30 the next morning they would work us in with Dr. Romero. She was phenomenal and so thorough! The bottom line is there really wasn’t a spot for us but they MADE ONE FOR US. They truly saved the day!! Cannot thank them enough.

Everyone is so polite & thoughtful. The front check-in desk ladies know my husband & I immediately when we arrive. We don’t have to tell them our names. Dr Romero is great. She really takes time with us when we have appointments. I never feel like she tries to rush me out the door. Her Medical Assistant is very thorough as well. I really like the Lab Tech. She has always found a place for my blood draw the first try. Most of the time I don’t even feel the needle penetrating my skin. I love the office facility. It’s so much better than the old one. The waiting room is very nice & big.

The staff is courteous and friendly, but my highest praise goes to Dr. Ana Romero. She is hands down the most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I hope to have her as my doctor first many years to come.
