Clean, professional, personable and friendly. Every visit is an excellent experience because of the care that everyone shows for the patients. It is obvious that the patient is the priority and I have never left without knowing I received the best care available. I especially appreciate Steph and Dr. Romero, they are the best of the best.

Staff are awesome. Kind & cheerful. Patient with all of us whose tech isn't always compatible. Easy to get appointments once I reach a live person. Best vampire of any doctor's office or lab I've been to - labs are a pleasure now, rather than a painful struggle.

I especially value my relationship with my primary care, Dr Romero. She always take the time to listen to my concerns and explain things clearly. I never feel rushed. Additionally, the front desk staff is always professional, and I appreciate that the office is kept very clean, comfortable and spacious

The office staff and nurses are always professional but also compassionate. What I like most is Dr. Romero! She always takes the time to listen to your concerns and I like how she encourages you to take a proactive approach to your own health. Dr. Romero is truly an asset to her profession and to your office!

Dr. Romero and staff make you feel like they are there to take care of their patients. Sounds simple and easy, but too often Dr's are making patients feel rhey are being processed. You have to follow the Dr down the hall to ask questions. Dr. Romero and her team have the ability yo make you feel as if you're the only patient they have at that time and yiu don't leave until all items have been discussed and figured out. To have the Dr call you the next morning toncheck on you...not a PA, not a RN, not staff...the Dr...was unexpected and let's you know how she approaches her job.

Kelly that draws the blood is amazing. You don’t even feel or pick you. She doesn’t awesome job. I just told her that the other day when I was there.
