All staff lead with kindness and are wonderful at what they do! I appreciate their willingness to always work my family and I in for a sick appointment by next day. It seems to run very efficiently the staff and medical personal polite and professional. My primary seemed to listen and take all the time I needed to explain my needs and give positive feedback. this was my first visit since I recently relocated to Florida and my son and daughter in law referred me here being very satisfied with the service they get.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Dr. Stapleton is very open minded and really listens. He doesn't disregard opinions or judge. Also, very patient so you don't feel rushed. This is my new practice.

My husband and I are very happy to have Dr Robert Stapleton as our primary care physician.
Dr Stapleton builds a relationship with his patients. We are always confident that he can handle our concerns. He follows through on every commitment he makes. We are always seen in a timely manner. We live in Mandarin and have no problem driving to his office on 210. It’s worth it to have a doctor we can count on. His staff is always pleasant,professional and helpful.

What an outstanding experience!
Parking was easy, the lobby was spotless and well-organized, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and helpful. I was called back within minutes, and the medical assistant was friendly and professional. The doctor was exceptional—thorough, attentive, and efficient.
I was even able to get my labs done right after my appointment (no more trips to Quest!), and my results—with notes from the doctor—were available in less than 24 hours. This is exactly how healthcare should be delivered.
As a nurse of 20 years, I can honestly say I’ve never seen such seamless coordination and true patient-centered care. I had lost faith in the medical field years ago, but this visit completely restored it.
Well done, Baptist Health—you are absolutely on point.
