What an outstanding experience! Parking was easy, the lobby was spotless and well-organized, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and helpful. I was called back within minutes, and the medical assistant was friendly and professional. The doctor was exceptional—thorough, attentive, and efficient. I was even able to get my labs done right after my appointment (no more trips to Quest!), and my results—with notes from the doctor—were available in less than 24 hours. This is exactly how healthcare should be delivered. As a nurse of 20 years, I can honestly say I’ve never seen such seamless coordination and true patient-centered care. I had lost faith in the medical field years ago, but this visit completely restored it. Well done, Baptist Health—you are absolutely on point.

My first visit was to establish care for a new doctor, after relocating from Wisconsin. From the check-in gals, to the nurse, Dr. Stapleton, and the blood draw gal. Also the gal who called the next day to go over labs. I needed help getting established on the portal and that person was very friendly and accommodating. All very professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable and at ease. Good job to the leadership in training (setting expectations) and hiring the right people. Well done Baptist Healthcare.

I love Dr. Stapleton. He is top notch! Professional down to earth, compassionate knowledgeable. He is a total asset to Baptist primary care. You’re lucky to have him and so am I blessed beyond belief to find such a wonderful doctor.

Extremely professional and courteous staff, spotless office and exam rooms and Dr Stapleton was amazing! I have been looking for a new primary physician for almost three years and I found him today. Very personable and professional. Took his time to listen which is a lost art in the medical profession in my opinion. He shared his philosophy on how he prefers to treat his patients and they were 100% in line with my own. So blessed and thankful to have found this practice and would highly recommend them❤️

Very pleasant. Marc the MA was FABULOUS! What a pleasure he was and was on top of his game. This was my first time seeing Dr. Stapleton, and felt very confident with him by the time we finished our visit…I feel he really cares and listens, and gives you the adequate amount of time you need.
